AC & Heating HAVAC Repair Pros

I thought he was a good technician. Price was right and he came out quickly the first time. 2 weeks later, furnace broke down again. Wife was sick and the temp in the house dropped to 57 degrees. I called him multiple times and left messages on his answering machine with no response or call back. 3 days later, he still hasn’t called me back. Maybe he is sick or had a death in the family. I thank God that there was a more responsible person I was able have come within an hour of the request. I would be very leery in calling him if you need help/ service of your furnace or air conditioning. You choose.

Furnace went out with an awful electrical smell, He was here within 15 minutes and had the problem diagnosed within 10 min. Outside Temps where below zero and the furnace board was melted down and heat exchange was cracked. I have had some experience with heating and cooling through previous employers but by far even remotely an expert (enough to be dangerous) the furnace was 21 years old and the brand was notorious for these problems. He informed us of the options as far as replacement as I knew this brand was not repairable for this problem. Gave us prices and model's as an option but informed us the cheaper model would do more then what our current would have been giving us. I appreciate not being upsold for products just to put more in his pocket. It was a cold night, but as promised at 8:30 the next morning they were here and working and within 2 hrs heat was working. That's quick and quality serve in my book!

Our furnace “burned up” at about 8:00 pm with a predicted overnight low of-6. I called and left a message and he returned the call within 3 minutes! He arrived at my door within 15 minutes! The 21 year old furnace needed replacement. They arrived by 8:30 the next morning and we had heat running again in about 2 hours! That’s what I call service!!!!

He didn’t realize the line was still open when he was yelling at another guy that I didn’t want a crane on my asphalt considering it wasn’t my project! I could hear the other guy respond to him. After my call ended he told me the other guy couldn’t hear him. Gave me a fake phone number to contact the man on the ground. Very dishonest.

I love this company! They are always responsive and willing to help out in a pinch. I bought a new furnace and a/c. Anytime I need something I get immediate help.

This guy never picks up the phone. He fixed my AC, it broke in less than a year, I called him he scheduled an appointment and never showed up. He does not answer his phone or return VM ever. Terrible Terrible service! Do not go pass him!
