Every single review of Travis and Future Heating & Cooling is absolutely spot on. Travis is truly a furnace whisperer, no nonsense, incredibly knowledgeable, and just an all-around great guy. He made himself available on very short notice, got us back up and running quickly, and took the time to teach us a few things about our furnace along the way. I would hands down recommend Travis and look forward to working with him for years to come for all of our HVAC needs.

I originally had a neighbor recommend Travis to me. I must say that I am very grateful that she did as it was only a month later that I had issues with my furnace not working. He took time out of his day on a Sunday to help troubleshoot the furnace over the phone. I am more of a hands on and curious on how things work individual and am extremely impressed with how well he explains everything’s function / his knowledge base on the equipment. I did end up needing a new furnace and decided to bundle the AC unit in with it as well since both were 18 years old. (AC unit will come in spring so that the weather is more mild for doing an official startup / testing / commissioning of the unit). On top of his knowledge he is very easy to work worth and takes pride in his work. In my personal opinion I would highly recommend him to friends and family.

Travis and his company cleaned my fireplace in my condo and they did a beautiful job. Very reasonable and personable. Will use them again.

Very personable and gave options regarding fireplace/ he also had recommendations for future work with Furnace cleaning. Today we had a new Morton water Softner installed by Travis. Excellent job. Told me all about it, salt to use how to reset when new salt goes in as well as setting the “softness” of the water.

They were on time, knowledgeable, explaining the current status of the furnace and potential future issues. Took the time for my questions and explanations. Very good.

One year ago I contracted Future Heating and Cooling to replace both our furnace and A/C. I had collect two other bids and determined that this bid was the best value for the product being supplied. Travis himself, seemed very knowledgeable and wasn't pushy. I felt he honestly cared that he was going to be able to help us with this significant purchase. We scheduled a date for the install and everything happened as planned. No delays, no screw-ups and Travis continued to be a delight to work with. Over the past year everything has worked as expected and we greatly enjoy the efficiency of the new equipment. Last night we came home and found the heat wasn't working. It was 5:30PM and I called Travis expecting to get a voicemail. Travis answered right away and walked me through diagnosing the issue. Unfortunately that didn't solve the problem and so Travis was at my house within 15 minutes. He quickly solved the problem and we had heat fully restore by 6:30PM. I work in property management and development and have great relationships with other vendors such as Hooper and HJ Pertzborn. They are large companies and I have nothing bad to say about them. However, after working with Travis there is no one else I will use when it comes to my own home HVAC than Future Heating and Cooling.

Sure went smoothly! Were notified that the materials were in on a Monday before 7:30 AM, preliminary placement was scheduled and Travis and Clay were here at 10:30 to do outside work. Electrician (which Future arranged/scheduled) was here Tues. AM. Travis and Clay back on Wednesday for inside work and connections and we were nice and cool Wednesday afternoon.

Travis from Future HVAC came out and plumbed the gas line to my garage furnace. Great guy, great service. His communication is excellent. Highly recommended.

I had called 3 companies to repair my furnace and Travis was able to fit me into his schedule. He was able to repair my furnace quickly. He did a great job communicating and I will be calling him first next time if I run into another issue or if my kids out rocks in the exhaust vent again...

I recently had Future Heating and Cooling service my furnace and install an ecobee smart thermostat. Travis and Klayten did a great job! They were professional and thorough. Travis answered all of my questions. They stayed a few extra minutes waiting for the thermostat to calibrate to ensure it worked properly before leaving. Great experience overall. I highly recommend them!

I trust Future Heating & Air Conditioning completely. If Travis says something is wrong, there’s something wrong. We’ve even put in a new Bryant furnace and it works like it’s supposed to! Travis did an excellent job in cleaning & maintenance of our Regency fireplace. He explained as he went along and corrected the log placement. He also added ember material as should have been done at initial installation. He has gained a repeat customer.

I love the fact that this is a family run business because it makes your experience with them so much more personal and, in my opinion, professional. Travis is dedicated to his craft and it shows in the care/maintenance he provides the equipment as well as the knowledge he articulates to his customers. Another great thing about this company is their response time! We ran into an issue with our AC unit right at the start of the summer and Travis was able to get to our house within an hour of us contacting him! That is some amazing service. Travis came out for a service call and he is great at explaining everything and very courteous and arrived on time. Takes shoes off etc..when we have snow on the ground which I so appreciate. Highly recommend!
