From the initial contact for quotes, to the end result, I was very pleased with their service. Very profesional!! They installed a brand new Amana system, (ducts, return, exhaust, registers in floor, furnace, blower, AC, eclectical and plumbing). They used a flexable duct work in crawlspace. When doing some inspections after completion, I noticed that not all of the runs were fastened to the floor joist adequatly. Not a problem with them, more of preference on my part. So I put additional staps to hold up the flexable duct work to the floor joist. I also noticed that the new electrical wire from the breaker box to the outside AC coil was also not attachted to underside of the floor joist. Once again, not a problem, just a preference. The last thing I saw, was the drain from the inside coil which ties into my city waste, was not properly done with elbows and joints. They put it back to how it was originally installed in the 70's. I had noticed that it had a small drip from all the movment from the install. Overall very please with their work. Next time I will specify all of the prefrences that I would like done. <br />

This went fantastic. The inspector was very professional and explained everything I needed in a clear way that I could understand. The price for their new units was a little bit higher than their competition, but their professionalism is worth the extra. <br />

I called at 7:30 and a technician was at my door by 10:00. He quickly discovered the issue and outlined the fix to me. I gave him the go ahead. I brought up a service plan that their website outlined. He covered it in detail with me when I asked him to. I did purchase a maintenance plan and received the 15% discount on today's work. He did not push the plan on me, I wanted the info. He cleaned up as he went and covered his shoes when he entered the house. He was very professional and seemed very knowledgeable about my HVAC systems. I would recommend this company. <br />

Very professional and prompt. They found problems with our duct work that no one else found. The cold air return in our bedroom was not hooked up in the attic so our room was hot in the summer and cold in the winter. There were other problems also. Our air was shot and the coil on our furnace was not big enough to support a high efficiency air conditioner so we went ahead and replace the furnace. The new units would not have worked well if they had not found all of the problems with the duct work. I will use them again the next time I need air or heating service.

We purchased a new air conditioner unit and furnace unit this past summer and signed up for their Maintenance plan...which is $16.95 a month and allows service on our units at no extra charge.  All parts are covered under this plan. <br /> Their employees are very courteous and clean.  They wear shoe covers when working inside our home and do not leave any messes behind.  If they are experiencing delayed service they immediately contact us to let us know they will be running a few minutes behind schedule. <br />
