Called for diagnoses on our furnace. They showed up quick, found the issue and then said it was under warranty with a competitor. They are truthful and from this experience hold a great business ethic. I would highly recommend them for your needs. I know I will be back.

Our AC stopped working on a Tuesday. Called the next day and they sent someone out within 3 hours. Explained everything thoroughly, treated my wife and I with respect and truly gave us quality service. We had new HVAC installed within days of our initial call. I can’t recommend Jim and his business enough. Go with these guys.

Our furnace was 23 yrs old and started to make strange noises. Our daughter and husband recommended jdp. They got their new furnace and ac from them. I gave them a call. We got together a while later. One of the best calls I have made. They replaced the furnace and ac unit a few days later. The new Lenox furnace is super quiet and warms our home rather quickly. I can't wait until next summer to get the ac going. They did a great job. Friendly and explained what they were doing. Spotless clean up too. Totally satisfied. Corby and Joan Toman.

Had a new boiler installed today. Jim and his crew did an amazing job! Everything was done exceptionally well. Everything was explained very well by Jim. When the job was complete they did an excellent clean up. Pratt Bros. is the only HVAC service I would ever use. I Highly Recommend Pratt Bros. for all your HVAC needs.

Our AC went out during the heat wave, Jim came out and unfortunately condemned our very old system. Jim was very knowledgeable on the products he offered and recommended the perfect unit for our house. Jim and his guys installed the new efficient unit and our house has never felt this comfortable. As for Jim being one of the contractors in our new home build. Him & his crew did a good job.They installed 2 heating systems & a/c system. It was because of myself that I blew a fuse on garage heater. They came out fixed it at no charge. Everything is all good. Thanks Jim

I have had Jim and his crew do a few jobs for me in the past few years. New ductwork for a basement remodel, whole house humidifier, and ac repair. Each time they exceeded my expectations. They were able to do every job in a timely matter and they take pride in their work. You will not be disappointed by picking them for your HVAC needs. I will be using them whenever I need HVAC work in the future. They are also very reasonable with pricing and upfront with costs before doing any work.

I had a wonderful experience with JDP HVAC. The office assistant was very knowledgeable and was able to get me on the schedule in a timely manner after calling about needing a new AC and Furnace. Jim came over within a day and was very informative and explained his product and company very well. He was able to give an estimate on the spot and offered plenty of options to fit anyone’s budget. Jim was kind, knowledgeable and respectful and the only contractor who thanked me for giving him a call. The day of the install he showed up right on time along with 2 of his workers, Adam and Deryk. Both Adam and Deryk were professional, and trustworthy. They were done with a new AC and Furnace install by mid afternoon. The house and furnace room was left clean and spotless. Deryk took time to help explain the new thermostat and how to program it. It has been has been 2 months since they have been here and the AC and furnace work great. So this review is coming after their products have been used and tested. Strongly suggest contacting JDP HVAC for your HVAC needs. Jim is a genuine guy and is committed to helping you.

Every one at JDP were very friendly, helpful, and quick to respond to our needs. Reasonably priced, and knowledgeable. They explained what was wrong with our furnace, our options, different options for a new one with different pricing to fit our budget. They also made sure we knew how to work everything when they were done.

Second experience with JDP. Furnace died unexpectedly ( is there any other way ?). Was given repair options quickly. Chose to go with new unit. Installed next day. The price they quoted was the price I paid. Happy with them as a business and as people.

Replaced my furnace and AC unit. The prices were competitive, and were laid out ahead of time for many different income levels. The installation required re-routing of the furnace exhaust and intake as well as capping my chimney. They did a great job with all of it , and there were no surprises. Thanks again!!!

Earlier this year we called them to fix our AC here in Jefferson . The rep said that all it needed was something to do with some gas which he went and supposedly filled very quickly. He said “I guarantee this will last you for years man” then charged us $600 and left. A few hours later (3-4) hours the ac stopped working correctly and we called them right back. He said that there was nothing they could do since they didn't have any guarantee on their work. Total scam of $600 nasty people to do business with avoid at all cost.

I contacted JDP Hvac regarding a heating project at my home in Jefferson, Jim and Adam were very responsive and knowledgeable about the project. They exceeded my expectations! I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for quality work.

Called JDP HVAC services because of the water around my furnace, and with his busy schedule was able to come by within an hour after I called !! Excellent service and will call Jim in the future!!!

My namesake Doug could not have been more helpful and friendly. Stopped in for some parts for a pump and he fixed me up right quick with a smile. Very impressed. Give that man a raise.

They are amazing! They were able to squeeze us in when our CO2 alarm went off to get us a new furnace and not be without heat. Amazing workers, very friendly and knowledgeable.

Had out for a checkup and ripped the dog run and some trim off the garage. Offered to put broken trim back up. I declined offer and bought new trim, cut trim, and hung trim on my dime. Good at what they do but make sure ladder rack won't damage anything.

Our AC went out on the one of the hottest days of the year so far (go figure!) and it was in a weekend .. I forget the man’s name, but he was out within 30 minutes and everything was fixed in under another 30. Trip charge prices were way more fair than other places we called and the guy was super kind and efficient!!

I put new motor in myself and it wouldn't start so must not have hooked up wires correct. I called JDP on my way to work and when I got home the house was cool. Thank you!
