Kyle installed a new HVAC system for us last year. We are having serious problems - no heat upstairs, and widely varying temperatures from room to room. We cannot control the temperature upstairs. My wife and I have called Kyle numerous times, but he never returns our calls. He has been completely unresponsive. He has offered us no advice. Now winter is here. I'm concerned that we may have a pipe burst in the future when it gets really cold. Right now it is just extremely uncomfortable. Nobody wants to sleep upstairs. The living room is much more comfortable for sleeping, at least temperature wise. Kyle told us that he stands behind his work, but I see no evidence of this. my wife and I have been calling him for months, and he never replies. I would recommend avoiding this company. Good companies stand behind their work and do not hide from their clients when things go wrong. I will happily update and/or remove this review if we can get this situation resolved. We are reasonable people, please stop ignoring us. If there is a legitimate reason why you haven't returned our calls, please let us know.
