Mike and Ryan installed our central AC and ADU mini-split a few weeks ago. Overall, a fantastic and smooth experience. Mike was incredibly patient with my many HVAC questions and stands behind his work! The mechanical inspector noted their work looked top notch and did a clean installation. They went above and beyond to ensure the concrete pad was shored up with an extra wood slat and minimal sheet rock cuts to run electrical from our utility room to the crawl space. Would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for either central AC or mini splits. Thank you Mike and Ryan - we’ve been staying cool this summer!

Cloud 9 installed our new heat pump system and took out our old furnace, and they did an awesome job. The whole team was super friendly, professional, and made the process really easy from start to finish. After the install, we thought one of the vents might be leaking from condensation, and they came back multiple times to check it out. Each time being patient, thorough, and genuinely wanting to make sure everything was perfect. Turns out it wasn’t the venting atl all it was our fridge leaking! But they never made us feel bad for calling, and they still took the time to make sure we were comfortable and everything was working right. Our new system runs great, the house feels so much better, and the customer service has been amazing. Definitely recommend Cloud 9 to anyone needing work on the house.

Brent and his team at Cloud 9 Heating were understanding of what my home needed, and provided a great recommendation at a reasonable price. His team was able to get my whole system replaced the following week and took just two work days for install. I had a complicated project to switch my central heating gas furnace to a heat pump as well as add additional units to heat and cool individual bedrooms. Mike and Brent went above and beyond throughout the whole process from recommending the appropriate equipment to the installation process all at a competitive price, doing a very clean job overall and paying attention to little details like aesthetics of exterior HVAC lines etc. Every day they arrived right on time and finished the job on time as well, and were very pleasant to work with. They even did a thorough cleaning after it was all done and it was as if no construction had taken place inside the home!

We are very happy with the installation of a heat pump through Cloud 9. Looking for HVAC installation is extremely stressful, and Brent was considerate and patient with his explanations of the process. A big reason we went with Cloud 9 was because of their installation. They were not rushed and weren't just "slamming in" a new heat pump in less than a day to move onto a new project. They took their time so that they could provide a high quality installation with attention to detail. The whole team of Brent, Mike, and Ryan were really great to work with!

I hired Cloud 9 to do my heat pump installation on my house. These guys came as a recommendation and I was very impressed all the way around with them. Hands down these were my favorite contractors I've worked with to date. Excellent communication, and punctual! Brent was easy to work with and Mike and Ryan were also super nice and fantastic - the entire team knows what they're doing. (Also these guys came in at the lowest bid!) Would hire them again for install and will be using them to service my heat pump in the future. (And yes, Brent is right.. you DO want the Mitsubishi Hyper Heat! - the thing is incredible)

Ryan is an amiable person, and took good care in the annual cleaning of three indoor and two outdoor units. Good to know I can count on Cloud 9 for quick scheduling, and keeping their price reasonable.

Brent from Could9 provided a reasonable $$$ and professional proposal he also gave detailed explanation of work that needed to be done. They discussed my needs and help me make a choice on a Mitsubishi heating and air system for my house. Mike came and assessed one more time before the work started. They installed the air handler and duct work in the attic for my SFR. Mike Ryan and Brent were extremely nice and willing to explain as the install was happening. I made the right decision using Cloud9. I am very happy and would recommend them for heating and cooling needs.

Cloud 9 Surpassed my expectations by a long shot. I was very loyal to another HVAC company, which we used for multiple repairs and new installations over the last few years in various houses. Their prices started increasing significantly, and the service was changing, so I sought a new company. Boy, was I pleased that I did. Mike at Cloud 9 was AMAZING. He helped us navigate some issues that came up with the first install the other company did (that the other company could and would not explain). We ended up using Cloud 9 for the second portion of our installation. Their prices were WAY better, they found rebates I didn't know existed, and the service was top-notch. These guys don't cut corners. It's a small company, all of their employees are REALLY experienced and the service was amazing. Before you get estimates from all the other big guys in the neighborhood, I'd definitely give Cloud 9 a shout; they won't disappoint!

My husband and I moved to Winthrop Wa to retire and spend a few years enjoying the year round sports activities. We bought a 10 year old house with a ducted HVAC. Last year we needed to replace it and we wanted the best brand due to extreme weather seasons. We chose the Advanced Mitsubishi h2i ducted system. Brent and Mike installed our new system and they were very knowledgeable and professional and answered all of our questions. The system is whisper quiet and we are comfortable year round. I highly recommend them.

Cloud 9 came to the island which was disliked by most companies and gave me a realistic Approach to what I wanted for my house. They Informed me of all the rebates that I was able to obtain and helped me apply them to the final bill. The instilation was 2 days Mayne 1 because the second say seemed to be mostly cleanup. I am so happy now. My environment in my house is perfect.

I just called Brent and Mike and they spent the time on the phone with me to diagnose my problem and advise me as much as possible over the phone. This is totally different from the company that actually installed my unit (zero help, terrible availability, no empathy). I will definitely be using this company in the future for the upgrade.
