Genesis Heating, Cooling, and Refrigeration

Yesterday Sean came to look at our fireplace that we were told by another company we needed a lot to repair. Apparently, I had the settings wrong and the previous company came and looked at was not knowledgeable enough or deceptive as they said it needed a lot of work Sean came in and in minutes got it up and running, no extra charges or line of BS He was honest, pleasant, and courteous. He showed us that the setting was incorrect. We are now ready for power out weather. It is nice to know there are people like him out there.

Genesis gave us an amazing deal on a 24k heat pump. Their technicians were courtesous and professional. They did a great job hanging the indoor/outdoor units and it all looks really good. I absolutely recommend their services.

These guys are amazing. Sean, Edgar and their entire team worked hard to get our AC working for the summer and we are all set and ready to go. We bought our home shortly after the system was installed and while they didn’t usually transfer the warranty between owners they graciously did that for us and did a great job fixing the compressor for our AC unit. Can’t recommend them enough!

Most heating and cooling companies can fix your problems. What makes Genesis stand out from the rest is the communication! After setting up an appointment, the manager shot me an email to confirm. Then (when I couldn't answer my phone) he sent a text message with different options for my job. The workers were on time and respectful. Open communication continued long after the work was complete.

Mike and Genesis are awesome. They installed a new furnace as well as an AC unit. They are dependable and honest as well and reasonably priced. When my hot water heater went out recently, Mike responded immediately to troubleshoot and I had a new Hot Water Heater installed the next morning.

Mike came out and quickly diagnosed and fixed an issue with our heat pump. He was incredibly nice and helpful. The scheduler on the front end to was also really great. I will for sure recommend these guys to anyone in my area. Thanks!

The scheduler was very polite and nice. When the owner of the company arrived he was courteous and on time. He and his assistant looked at my old fashioned coke machine. They did a few things to the compressor and fan and got it running again! I now have a fully functioning old fashioned coke machine! They didn't charge me for the visit. I'll be calling them again for anything future with refrigeration or HVAC.

Our AC broke suddenly and Genesis made every effort to help us out in a timely fashion. The owner, Mike, adjusted his schedule to come by right away and diagnose. I called a few other companies, but the customer service at Genesis was superior. We are very pleased with the results. Highly recommend!

The team at Genesis is amazing! We have had four entire homes set ups done by Mike and his team. Their follow up and making sure that everything is perfect. It’s always on key. We love them so much that we have recommended them to other family and friends who have also installed systems and they are extremely happy.

Didn’t follow through and finish the job. They made promises come back out and get the four mitsubishi units working and never did. I had no AC and no heat in four rooms 2023 and now into 2024. I paid for a service agreement $500 for twice a year maintenance on all the units. Yon need to service them if they don’t work. I was ignored and no refund has been issued. I was very clear something was wrong with the unit they moved to the bathroom and then they added an entire new unit in the bedroom. I have all email and video correspondence explaining the issues and was very communicative with them. They told me these 4 units have a leak and each needed to be tested to find it. They would call us to schedule and never heard from them again. We are now hiring another company to do what Genesis was paid for and did not do. I called them originally because I like to help our community by using the community recommendations and they were highly rated. It’s very disappointing because this one was a fail.

Noticed the furnace not working on a Saturday morning. Called & left a message, & was promptly called back. Told they were busy, but had a tech finishing a job & would swing by when they were done. Tech arrived that evening & was able to get the furnace to re-ignite & stated we should get a service & replace the thermostat (mentioned furnace was pretty old & could stand being replaced) Office checked in on Monday & re-scheduled our service for the following week & provided quotes for furnace replacement as well. Nice work guys, thank you!

The owner Mike is the best and the guys at Genesis are always there to help with heating, AC, and refrigeration. I couldn’t run these businesses without them!

Same day service! The furnace stopped working 5 days before closing on the sale of my mom's house. I called Genesis and they sent a tech out the same day to evaluate. Unfortunately a full replacement was needed but they were able to install the new one in just a few days, saving us from having a delay in closing. Everything from beginning to end was great and prices were affordable!

Mike and the team at Genesis have been amazing during the storm! As a property manager we have had to request several service calls that involved no heat situations. Mike and his team have braved the weather and have been very communicative to our tenants and to us, during the entire process. We are immensely grateful!

Today I had my HVAC system serviced and cleaned. Edgar and his co-worker were very professional and did a very thorough cleaning. Very pleased with Genesis and thank you very much!!!

Our home furnace just stopped. Blower was working but no heat. After several "estimates" ranging between $490 and the highest at $909 for materials, we called Genesis. Within 30 minutes of our call, Mike, the owner, was in the garage fixing our furnace. Another 15 minutes and it was running like a charm. The actual cost for parts was closer to $60. Finally found an honest company! They will be replacing our furnace when we are ready. Outstanding!

My 83 year old mom AC was out, they came diagnosed replaced part and was back up and running that day. I really have to thank you and your team for assume, fast help From the bottom of my heart thank uou. Will alway use Genesis.

I can't say enough about Genesis. Everyone there is great. Sean in the office. Edgar, Juan, and Luillynn the field. Mike, of course Mike. They are professional, great to work with, trustworthy, and always courteous. Genesis always comes through for us.

above and beyond to get my heat pump back on line. everyone is very friendly and helpful and even with the trouble shooting that need to be done, got out to my home as fast as they could each time. Fast response time and very professional

Called Genesis (Mike) and he actually answered his phone. Huge plus. Told him about our move and he scheduled me same day even though he was slammed with work. I appreciated that he and his son made time for us. Very appreciative. He and his son did a thorough cleaning. Very professional.

These guys are the best in the industry. As a nonprofit organization we have used many technicians and they are by far the best. They know what they are doing and they do it quickly and honestly. We’re so happy they are nearby.

They were fast, tested everything, and I got the best bang for the buck installing a Hyper Heat unit in my house.

Can't say enough good things. From the free service call to relight our old furnace after one of the coldest nights this year to working with our schedule to remove and install a new furnace quickly and at a fair price. And, they were there when they said they would be there. Other businesses should take note of how to get and keep a customer! Thank you Genesis.
