Bruce was prompt and did a great job. Fit me into his busy schedule and fixed the problem.

It went fantastic. He has been to my house 3 times in the past couple of years. Always professional and great communication. He found the issue quickly and resolved it. Only took about 10 minutes, and then he would not charge me for the visit. He is a life-saver. He is super knowledgable and has integrity.

After returning from vacation, I noticed that A/C was not working and the heat inside the house was terrible. I called Bruce after business hours (7 p.m.) and he offered to help. Bruce was very knowledgeable and detected the problem immediately. He offered a temporary solution so my family can have A/C while the correct piece is bought - as it was too late. I appreciate Bruce responsiveness and problem solving skills.

Three phone calls and two missed appointments before they showed up-allegedly fixed it and left. It wasn't fixed-no reponse to a call back....made another appointment to fix and never showed or called again....

It went very well. it was cheaper than the furnace that we bought from Sears. And when Sears installed our furnace they installed it upside down. They contact their labor out. Never ever do business with Sears...it was a nightmare.

It went very well. It was just servicing the furnace. They did put the booties on. They did the work in a timely fashion.

My furnace kept shutting down - I had another company come out twice to fix the furnace - I thought I was going to have to buy a new furnace. . . I called Precision for a 2nd opinion. They came out promptly and noticed that a wire was disconnected. Bruce fixed it & my furnace is A -OK now! Fabulous service - they're honest and they know what they're doing!

Everything works well. At the start, they are busy and scheduling is a little difficult, but they do a great job. They were able to work me in their schedule within a week. The technician is very nice.

Bought Precision Air voucher. Made appoint for next day, but somehow, wires got crossed and tech didn't show. however, I called into the shop where the shop foreman was able to walk me through the diagnostic and repair of the furnace over the phone. Thank God no cold heater-less night. Anyway, we scheduled another tech to come out to check out the system on another day. That tech showed up as scheduled and performed a thorough furnace system checkout and maintenance, Not sure what tripped the high/low breaker, but everything was checked and appeared to be in good working order. I have used the heather for 1 month without failure. Precision Air came through and provided great service.

received e-mail from Angie's list with vendor contact . Contacted vendor via e-mail with possible dates. Waited two days no return call or e-mail. Called on Nov. 11th, spoke with vendor and scheduled appointment for Nov. 17 2:3--3;30PM. Vendor was a no-show. Called that afternoon around 4PM, left voice message for return call/re-scheduled. Waited two days, no e-mail or returned call. Contacted Angies list for full refund. My account was credited five days later. Precision Air not reliable or responsive. Would not recommend. Kudos to Andies list for processing my refund

They're professional they give you tips about maintenance and repair they tell you if and when you'll need an upgrade on your heat pump for your new air conditioner system to work great... can't say enough good things about them

It went very well, no problems were found and immediate fixes in the future. The technician was very pleasant and professional.

Bruce showed up on time for the estimate. The price is very competitive. The installer showed up on time on the scheduled installation day. The quality of work is top-notched. They keep the customer house very clean during the whole process. The tube is hided in the decoration material so that no more drywall repair work is needed. They give me a free furnance tune-up as bonus. I would definitely hire them for another job going-forward.

Ultra-thorough, meticulous, and super neat and tidy as the service provider continually kept things cleaned up with an air blower and portable vacuum. I stood by and watched, asking questions and the gentleman was patient, courteous and very, very polite. A perfect experience! I learned a lot and was very impressed with his knowledge and thoroughness. He did not hurriedly rush, but made sure everything was done exactly right.

Scheduled an appointment same week. No problem getting an appointment. Called prior to arrival, arrived on time, serviced the furnace and performed annual cleaning, replaced the filter and checked the motors and voltages, full inspection at half the price of some other providers (the company that installed the furnace three years ago). Very satisfied.

Installers arrived on time and completed the job in three hours. They cleaned the furnace room thoroughly and answered my questions satisfactorily. The lead installer was very personable.
