On installation day, the technicians arrived right on time, worked efficiently, and kept everything neat and tidy. They clearly took pride in their work — the installation looks very clean, with all the wiring and piping routed neatly. After the job was done, they tested everything thoroughly and made sure we understood how to use the remote controls and adjust settings for maximum energy efficiency. We had a ductless mini split system installed on 2/18/26 and the service was outstanding from beginning to end. Sergei and the team arrived on time, they were very professional and maintained a clean workspace throughout the installation. Recently Sergei, owner of Tempra HVAC, came out to inspect our ductless mini split that he installed a little over 2 years ago while operating under a different company name. That installation was as promised from arriving on time, taking care to respect our property, and almost half the price quoted by some of the other larger companies who advertise heavily. This time he gave us some tips for cleaning and helped us understand better how the unit operated. I appreciated his follow up with us and his continued no "hard-sell" approach. We finally ditched our old oil furnace - it was getting way too expensive to fill and always needed something fixed. Our neighbors recommended Tempra HVAC, so we gave them a try, and honestly, best decision ever. They put in a Mitsubishi heat pump, and it’s awesome. Cools the house perfectly in the summer and keeps us warm all winter. The install looks super clean too — all the wiring and tubes are nice and tidy. Really happy with how it all turned out!

This is the second time we’ve worked with Sergey on HVAC projects for our home. Our goal was to improve heating and cooling efficiency and upgrade from a gas-only system to a hybrid setup (heat pump + furnace). Sergey installed a new Bosch heat pump and paired it with a powerful furnace. We also had concerns about our ductwork and air-flow balance between rooms. Sergey replaced all aging, leaking flex ducts and added multiple dampers so the airflow can be fine-tuned throughout the house. My heat stopped working in my house. I called Sergio at Tempra HVAC he told me he could come out in the afternoon. I said great, he showed up and repaired my furnace, he had to replace the igniter. He was in and out in less than an hour. Heat works great. I used to have Brennan and SeaTown fix my heat and AC unit. Never again. Tempra was a third of the price and he showed up same day and did not try to sell me service agreement or new furnace. I highly recommend Sergei at Tempra HVAC 👍

Tempra HVAC did a great job for us on a couple of projects in Kirkland and Renton. We’re very happy with the results — the systems they installed, including Mitsubishi and American Standard, have been working отлично with no issues. Everything was done quality, neatly, and professionally, and the pricing was fair for the level of work. Highly recommend Tempra HVAC for heating and air conditioning installation and service in the area.

Sergei installed our Bosch heat pump and ecobee smart thermoset 2 years ago. Of the 3 estimates we got, his was the lowest and we were quite happy with the quality of his work. A few months after the installation we found there was a very slow leak in the refrigerant line. Sergei was out of the state when this happened but he took the time to find technicians working at another company and paid them to find the leaks (there were 2), fix them and refill the refrigerant. This showed to me that Sergei has integrity and fully stands behind his work. I will definitely refer Sergei to any of my friends looking for HVAC installation or maintenance.

Great support and customer care. It’s hard to find people who do the high quality job, but it’s almost impossible to find the combination of knowledge, great customer skills and adequate pricing - we found all of that on Tempra HVAC. We were very fortunate to have our furnace installed couple years ago and now proactively serviced by Tempra HVAC and we highly recommend the company.

My furnace broke down and was freezing cold so I cold HVACs in the area and got 2 quotes before calling Sergi. The first didn’t even identify the issue and gave a quote to replace the furnace for 7k - 12k. The second didn’t identify the issue and gave a quote for 3800. Only Sergi was able to identify the exact issue and answer all my concerns on the furnace and gave me an honest price. He also came immediately after I made the call and had good communication throughout.

SCAM!! These are the pictures of our chimney flue after they "cleaned" it. NO one will return calls or emails. Unfortunately we paid cash. Stay away!!
