,We had a bathroom with a leaky sink and a toilet that did not work. We contacted them and asked them to replace the plumbing for the sink and to determine why the toilet was leaking into our basement. The first time they came out, they would not replace the plumbing for the sink and stated it was the faucet, so they installed a new one. They replaced a valve on the toilet and said it was now working, and charged us $140. Ok, not bad. Later the very same day, the sink began leaking from the plumbing we had asked to have replaced, and the toilet overflowed into the basement - neither having been fixed in any way. We contacted the company and asked them to honor their warrantee work. They came out and replaced the plumbing - which we had asked for in the first place - and then "fixed" the toilet. We then received a bill for $260. We called and explained that this should have been no charge as they did not fix the problem in the first place. In addition, we explained that our toilet was STILL broken and overflowing to the basement. They offered to come "fix" it again and we refused. We are still fighting with them over this bill. We are still unable to use the toilet in this bathroom since they did not fix it at any point. They never listened to me (a woman) when I explained the problem in the first place and only came back and did as they were asked when my HUSBAND called. We will not be using them again for anything. <br />
