Superior Water & Air

They came, and were on time. They knew immediately that the issue was: a capacitor failure. They had a replacement with them. They had installed within 15 minutes or so. The only complaint was the charge for replacing the ~$30 capacitor was $322, which was added on top of the $105 diagnostic charge. No one expects to get parts at cost with free installation. but charging 1,000% of the part's cost feels like I was taken advantage of. The total cost was $427 for fixing a $30 item. I will never recommend this company, and will warn people to stay away if they have a choice.

Had a failing water heater and pressure valve replaced. Everything went great. Friendly, thorough and efficient.

Richard was very thorough with our air conditioner check up. He even had to deal with a black widow spider inside the faucet cover. He took his time cleaning the air conditioner. We love Superior and highly recommend them to everyone!

Chad Zink and another young man installed a new HVAC system in our home recently, they did an excellent job. Chad's knowledge and expertise was amazing! They were friendly, tidy, and professional! We would definitely recommend them!

Roberto Flores installed a reverse osmosis system at our kitchen sink in the kitchen island. We are pleased with it.

We had several major plumbing problems. Superior Water & Air was able to send an excellent plumber the same day during a snow and ice storm. His name is Andre Hudson and he was able to fix the major plumbing problems. He is very professional and knowledgeable.

This is our first Home Water Softener and Reverse Osmosis System. I was reluctant at first because I priced out the units by myself, thinking I could do them myself for quite a bit cheaper, but after seeing all of the work and time Robert Flores put into this installation and the quality of his work and service, it was well worth the price paid! He went above and beyond and knocked out the job in the time he quoted. He was a consummate professional and an all around good man! Thank You Robert, Hunter and the Superior Water and Air Team! Went VERY well! Martin with Superior Water & Air is a AWESOME! He was here when he said he'd be. He was considerate(put shoe covers on), incredible nice, thorough, informative, and very helpful(educated me on how to update our system myself).

We had Superior Water And Air replace our water softener and install a water filtration system. They were extremely professional and Cody went the extra mile to help me understand how they work and how to maintain them. I highly recommend this company and say. "Thank you Cody!"

Cody and his team were fast and efficient. Our new sink looks great. I appreciate that they let me know of issues that I was not aware of.

We have had issues with Superior Air and Water not finishing their job 3 times and getting charged for something that broke after they worked on it. Terrible customer service for a company that prides itself on customer service. We had one particular experience that really set us off. We just got charged $105 for a service fee that they refused to waive on something they broke while working on our plumbing. The excuse that was given about the pipe that broke after they had worked on the neighboring pipe was, "Your plumbling is old and if it broke its not our fault." We had some drywall that needed to be patched up too from the same service. We were told we get a call within 2 WEEKS. 5 weeks later, nothing. We decided to make one phone call about the pipe and the drywall instead of calling multiple times and we were told that we were past the 30 days so we would most likely get charged. This service might actually be the worst trades service I have experienced. The reviews for this company seem way too inflated. SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE AND STAY AWAY. My previous review from before this debacle has been taken down. ALSO, they were scheduled to arrive from 8AM-12PM. He showed up at 5PM.

Mark notified me when he was coming. He was very polite and thorough in reconnecting the plumbing after new countertops were installed, including reinstalling a garbage disposal. He asked my preferences on key issues. Because a new sink was involved, the drain placements changed, and new piping was required. Mark performed several tests for leaks, sinks holding water, disposal working, etc. About 3 hours time.

superior is an amazing company with superior employees. My tec was courteous, helpful, explained and examined all appliances even the ones he was not there to update. He gave me pointers on what things to watch for in the future for possible problems. i highly recommend Superior to everyone.

Gary and Gabe were the best ever! I would recommend them to everyone. They were on time, personable, knowledgeable, answered all of my questions and did a great job. Alma McCausland Superior Water & Air did a great job helping me with a problem I was having with my tankless water heater and fixing a water pressure problem that I was having.

Gabe, our installer called the day before to introduce himself and to let us know what time he would be arriving the next day. Gabe arrived on time and installed the whole house water softener and filtration unit. Gabe did a wonderful job on the install and explained everything to us, there were no issues whatsoever. FANTASTIC!!!!!!!!!!!! We recently moved to Idaho and soon realized we had hard water (only bad thing about Idaho) and just got tired of trying to clean those stains in the toilets etc. A friend of ours recommended Superior Water and Air (through Costco) since that was the company she used for her Water Softener install and she is completely satisfied. So we thought we'd give them a try AND are we glad we did. We also felt that we were getting a reputable company since they were affiliated with Costco. That relationship was important to us. Our Salesman, Cliff Boxer, was fantastic, very educational and patient. He explained the whole process in easy to understand terms and even came over several times to further clarify some of our concerns. Great service. Bob who was actually in Costco was equally helpful. On our "install day" our tech, Gabe, even called prior to his arrival so we would be prepared. We really appreciated that. He was so professional, caring and respectful of us and our home. More appreciation. He fully explained the install process and how it would improve our water etc. He was so nice and we felt really comfortable having this "stranger" in our home. Not all service people are like that. He finished on time and cleaned everything up just like it was before he arrived. He also reassured us that if we had any problems just give Superior a call. More appreciation. We felt very fortunate to have Gabe as our Tech and you will too if you use Superior and of course don't forget to ask for Gabe!!! He is truly one of Superior's Best of the Best.

Gary actually called and was able to come early which really helped me out. And he was very professional and yet very tolerant of my animals getting in his way. He checked everything very thoroughly and cleaned up after he was done.
