These guy's are hands down the best heating and cooling supplier in the valley as far as value and professional kindness is concerned. They treat the public great as well. Andrew is phenomenal to work with, and has went above and beyond for me, and some other contractors I know as well. Thank you Andrew! Everyone there is amazing. I highly recommend Allreds products and services.

Allreds is a great supplier, they usually have what you need in stock and if they don't have it they will find it for you or do anything they can to make it possible for you to find what you need. Decent prices, great selection - they carry Rheem brand equipment and Comfort Aire for those budget jobs. They're not a great source for Mini Splits however, (Dial is the brand they carry or something like that, no comment on the quality because i habe never used it) but for everything else they are a "Top Notch" supply house. Definitely have great staff members as well, especially Art and Fish, not to down play the work of the rest of the staff, I just don't know their names but they're all great people with a common purpose driven goal to help you get what you need and get it loaded on your truck to get you to the job. They have online ordering for those times when the phones are too busy to get through. You can do a will call from your cell phone and feel confident it will be ready to go when you arrive. I feel like the only place they could improve is on the quality of their website, and the mini split selection. But they are leaps ahead of some of the competition that doesn't even have these type of conveniences. They are great to work with and I can honestly say they are a 5 star business. Great establishment and multiple locations across Northern Utah. Always use debit or cash fot payment, as they do charge a percentage on credit card payments!

Just fine and dandy. Guys helped me find what I needed. A swamp cooler motor. Price seems fair. I don’t really buy these often but the staff was great.

As a DIYer, Brady at Allred’s really helped me out! Friendly and knowledgeable plus they had my part at good price. I needed a new transformer for my furnace and they got me just what I needed, helped me make sure I’d be able to wire it back up correctly and even crimped on the new paddle connectors. And, being open on Saturday morning meant I didn’t have to sit without A/C all weekend! I’ll definitely be coming back when I need things in the future.

Been coming here for years across 3 different companies. I’ve had custom duct made from their metal shop. I’ve purchased tools, parts and equipment before. Always reliable service and I love how will call orders are pulled before hand. Literally anything you need. In fact most the time it’s easier just to come hear as opposed to other suppliers. Phone calls are always answered and processing warrantied is easy. Highly recommend.

I (33m new home owner) decided to learn to manage my HVAC system - blower died and got an estimate to replace the whole system for 17k (and that was the cheaper package) or fix the dying motor for 3k. Seems like a reoccurring theme with in-home service companies. Found this store (open on the weekend: BONUS), walked in, a nice gentleman helped me find all that I needed in a matter of seconds and congratulated me for not bending the knee to the ever-growing issue of overpriced, menial work mentality that has befallen the homeowners and service companies in our area. $200 even. Took about 30min to disassemble the unit and took about 20min to put it back together. YouTube is your friend, use it.

Great place to get sheet metal and duct work parts. They a good variety of tools behind the counter as well. Always a good shopping experience for my HVAC needs.

My fan motor seized up on my 21 year old AC unit. Service companies wanted over $800 to repair. Art at Allreds Inc found a new motor in stock on a Saturday morning, and my AC was back and running by 11am on a hot a day. Parts cost $200 including a new capacitor. Easy fix. Thank you Art, YOU DA GUY !!!

These guys are simply amazing. I've visited their Midvale store a few times in the past couple of years and they have been so helpful. I've had the pleasure of working with Art and Brady and these guys are super friendly, knowledgeable and unlike many places or people nowadays, they actually care and want to make sure you are taken care of. If you are having any type of issues with your HVAC system do not hesitate to visit Allred's and ask for Art or Brady and you will not be disappointed.

We had the best customer service experience at the Midvale location. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. We had come in to get a replacement blower fan for our a/c unit and they helped us find what we were looking for. They didn't have a housing for our unit, but we got just enough to fix our residential a/c. Thank you so much!

On a Friday afternoon not able to get a service tech out until Monday my 94 year old neighbor asked if I could help since temperatures dropped to into the 40's. I diagnosed the part needed to fix his furnace. With the part in hand I went to Allred's to see if they had what I needed. They were friendly and greeted me when I entered. They helped me locate the correct replacement part and they had it in stock. There was a part that I wasn't going to replace that was a more common failure and since it was late they suggest that I get it as well, with the reassurance that I could return it if it wasn't needed. I was able to get the furnace fixed that day and I returned the the part that wasn't needed the following Monday without any problems. Just like at any supply company there are some safety items that require a contractors license to buy. Thanks for the great service.

These folks truly embrace the concept of customer service. They are helpful beyond expectation and friendly while they're at it. I haven't seen this level of "service with a smile" in years. I wish I had more reasons to need the services of Allred's.

This place is awesome my condenser fan motor went out on my AC unit and I could not find one. I ordered one but it wouldn't be here for a week. So I decided to try this place in hopes they would have the Motor that I needed. When I got there I asked the guy at the counter if he sold any Armstrong air motors he said yes I gave him the part number to my old Motor and he matched it with a brand new one he also gave me the right capacitor for my unit. These guys totally saved me from having a very hot weekend they are very knowledgeable and very friendly. I would highly recommend this place to anybody who needs anything to do with hvac I will definitely be going back For future needs I'm so glad I found this place.

I go here for do-it-yourself home repair for HVAC parts and they treat me great every time I'm in. I've been to other distributors and commonly get an attitude like I'm not supposed to be there - even when they allow cash purchasing. Allred's employees help me with anything I need. They have shown me where things are with a smile on their faces. I would definitely recommend them and everything is a great price!

My a/c unit stopped working and when I called to schedule service I was told by my usual provider (Titan) that it would be the next week before they could come out. So I got online (YouTube is great) and started researching what the problems could be. It looked like the capacitor was one possibility. I removed the capacitor and took if to Baker, and although the guy at the counter was nice, he couldn't help me and couldn't sell me any parts. He did, however, recommend Allred's. The guy at the Allred's counter was helpful and sold me a replacement capacitor at a very reasonable price. Another guy who worked there looked at my capacitor and said he thought it looked good. He suggested I look at the contacts. I bought the capacitor anyway and, sure enough, it wasn't the problem. But I inspected the contact points and they looked sketchy. So I pulled the contacts and went back to Allred's. I purchased a new contact rack and, sure enough, my a/c unit started working. I appreciate the service at Allred's and recommend them highly to any do-it-yourselfer with the inclination and time. For less than $30 I got my a/c unit working again.

My A/C died and I didn't want to wait 3 days to get a new capacitor from Amazon. I went to the store, the clerk asked me what I needed, I showed him my old capacitor and he returned with the right part in maybe 10 seconds. I was in-and-out in less than 3 minutes. Really great place.

Went in looking for some help, they were not interested in helping me (older guy in a red polo at the front desk). Told me to go look in the aisles. I left, drove to Baker distributing, and received amazing help and service. I will not be back here again, for that lack of service I should have just gone to home depot.

I'll start by saying customer service here is great! I got the run around from multiple other hvac supply stores, apparently it is pretty standard around here for supply stores to only sell to contractors.. Allred's wants your business even if you aren't a contractor, just make sure to have the part number for what you're looking for when you show up, call if you're not sure.

Great place. The capacitor failed in our central ac unit. Brought the old one in, and the sales guy found a replacement in under a minute. This place looks like they would have any part you need. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.
