Spencer was fantastic! We had heating go out last night when it was in the low teens outside. I called him first thing this morning looking to get an appointment for the week and he said he was nearby and would be over in 20 minutes. 15 minutes after that we had heating again and I didn’t get any sales pitches for a whole new system like I usually get with service calls! Will undoubtedly be using Spencer for all my future furnace/AC needs!

Spencer checked out our HVAC system very thoroughly after we were concerned about a gas leak. I appreciated his prompt response and his honesty and professionalism during the diagnosis. His rates are affordable and he doesn’t try to upsell.

We came across Spencer‘s contact information through Facebook, but also simultaneously got a referral to him from a trusted friend. He came out to check out our system after another company told us we needed a full replacement (between $10,000 and $13,000.) This other company was clearly using high-pressure sales tactics which I recognized and did not appreciate. It was very gimmicky. In contrast, I’m super glad that Spencer came, because I felt confident in his experience and expertise, and he was very honest in telling us that our system was still in great shape and had a lot of years of life left. He did acknowledge that there was some wear based on its’ age, but nothing too concerning. Even if he did the (unneeded) repairs that the other company quoted me, his prices were half as much as they had said. He earned my loyalty! When we do need a replacement or repairs down the road, I will go with him!

Spencer was great! He was informative and helped solve problem with my furnace pretty quick. What I thought was going to be a bigger fix ended up being pretty small.

10/10 recommend Spencer with WB HVAC. Extremely kind and honest! I was having I was having issues with my furnace and was quoted $3,000 worth of “necessary repairs” by another company. I called Spencer for a second opinion. Not only did he squeeze me in the next morning, but diagnosed AND fixed my furnace literally within 10 minutes. Turned out I didn’t need new parts or expensive repairs, just one piece was dirty and needed a cleaning. My furnace has been working perfectly since. I will definitely be giving him a call if I run into any other issues as well as recommend him to everyone!

Spencer was amazing and fixed our AC so quickly! We had already had two other AC technicians come out who weren’t able to fix the problem, and then a family member referred Spencer to us and he fixed it! I could not be more thrilled with the work that Spencer and his Team at WB HVAC did for our home. We looked at quite a few different contractors and businesses to help us install new exterior and interior units for our Central Air. I weighed two things into consideration. Price and Customer Experience. WB HVAC was not the cheapest, but also not the most expensive. A VERY FAIR price on both our ends. You can be at ease knowing your dollars are going towards high quality parts and installation. Secondly, the Customer Experience was amazing. When their team came in to take a look at my property in order to get me a fair quote I instantly knew after a brief conversation I wanted to work with them. Their team were warm in conversation, were very transparent and helped me understand what, why, and where I needed repairs. They came nice and early in the morning and completed their work very efficiently, installing our new units without skipping a beat. At the end of their work they took the time to further educate me on how to properly maintain and take care of what was installed to get the most life and health out of my HVAC system. This was very valuable to me as a home owner! If you’re looking to get some work done from a team you can trust to be honest and deliver a high caliber product, you found them!

Spencer is an outstanding HVAC technician repairman! Last year we had what seemed to be a complicated issue with our air conditioning. We had several repairmen come out and try to figure it out and none were able. We just had to suffer through a summer of a hot ground level of our house. This summer as things have warmed up, I thought we were going to have to suffer through another hot summer. A close friend recommended Spencer. Within 30 min Spencer had it figured out. As I write this message, I am sitting in a cool house really thanking my lucky stars that we had Spencer recommended to us! I highly recommend him!

It's a breath of fresh air to work with Spencer after trying out the big HVAC companies trying to sell you expensive new systems and services you don't need. He's got something different. I think it's called integrity. So glad we found him!

When we were having massive problems with our AC one summer we called Spencer and he was at the house fixing it the very same day! He explains in a very understandable way what the problem is and doens't try to scam you by reccomending a bunch of stuff you don't actually need! He's quick, efficient and knows what he's doing. He also makes sure you're not spending your life savings getting your AC working again. If you want to stay cool in the summer and warm in the winter then Spencer is the person to help with all your needs!

Spencer was great to work with. We used him as a second opinion. Another company said we needed an entire new hvac system, and Spencer just cleaned a part and got our furnace up and running in no time. He also was really transparent about what pricing would look like when we do eventually upgrade our system - which was a lot more reasonable than the fancy system the other company tried telling us we needed

A realtor friend of mine, who owns a couple of rental houses, like me, gave me Spencer's name a year or two ago. I have used his services 3 times now for 2 rental homes that we own (1 furnace repair and 2 A/C repairs), and have been totally pleased. He knows what he is doing, responds promptly, and communicates well. He lets you know exactly what the problem is, and his repair charges are reasonable. He does not recommend services that are not really required, nor try to sign you up for annual maintenance agreements. I am totally happy with WB HVAC, and will continue to use his services in the future.
