"Kyle" behaved as if he was working on his own home & respected us as if we were his own parents. He possesses punctuality, affability, professionalism, integrity, expertise, attention to detail & communication skills, all of which speak volumes about his work ethic. He quickly & methodically replaced our old furnace, then tested the system & provided us with complete instructions for safely operating & properly maintaining the new unit. He hauled away the old furnace & left the work area clean & organized. We are extremely pleased with the job he did. We feel confident about recommending this company to those who've had their fill of con artists masquerading as professionals & individuals who seem to be afflicted with an allergy to hard work & perspiration.

I contracted with Grant Heating & Cooling Inc. to install HVAC system in my home in the spring of 2024. They were very professional and did a very good job. In the winter of 2025 I had a minor problem with one of the Mitsubishi heat pump system units. The company was quick to troubleshoot the situation. The technicians were courteous, knowledgeable about the system and thorough. It required several visits to diagnose the problem and fix it. The manager, Nick was very responsive to the situation which required bringing out an expert from Mitsubishi. All of this work was covered under my warranty. The problem was fixed and I could not speak highly enough about the company’s policies and customer service. I would highly recommend them for all facets of their work and standing behind their installations. I am very happy to be working with them for my continued maintenance. Grant was easy to schedule with, communicative, easy to pay as wel the technician was courteous and knowledgeable and worked quickly, cleanly, and answere all questions I had clearly. They were candid in their evaluation noting that our boiler was very old but acknowledged they could keep it working well but wasnâ t the most efficient. My only caveat is that they were a little on the pricey side but the service was top notch. They were upfront about hourly costs so it wasnâ t a surprise. You pay for what you get. Iâ d turn to them again in the future.

In all fairness, it was short notice. I called on a Sunday and a serviceman did return my call within an hour. He did suggest to wait till Monday for a service man to come out for the repairs. The Sunday emergency call would be several hundred dollars. So he set up a service call for Monday. I also called for a service call as per his suggestion. 8 AM. I was told the service called would be dispatched. Then at 11:30 I called back and was told the call was not yet dispatched to a serviceman as of yet. I called back at 12:30 and was told maybe 1:00 plus or minus. At 3:00 PM a nice young man showed up. Within 20 minutes he had everything working again. At the end of the day, all worked out well. I just wish that the dispatcher would have been more upfront with me. I have my own business (auto collision repair) most of my life (75 years old) and I know that a phone call means a lot to a potential new customer. So, great service, not so good communication. One last thing, I am a new customer.

From start to finish, dealing with Grant was top -notch. Eddie Reynold was very honest and straight forward about what I'd need and what they could do. I had a proposal from Grant a few years ago, but didn't install at that time as I would have needed to install a more powerful air handler. At that time, Eddie explained that my current unit older, and was not sufficient to drive CAC. Fast forward, after an emergency over the winter required a new furnace upgrade, I called Grant again to re-assess. Eddie assured me that my new system was more than capable, and sent me a proposal the next day. Quite frankly, I didn't check other companies as Grant came well recommended, and I was very impressed with Eddie and his knowledge off the situation. He gave me 2 options, and let me decide. I chose the slightly larger and more efficient unit, but I never felt pressured or that I was being up-sold. On installation day, the crew arrived literally at 8:00am on the dot, they were very courteous, professional, and understanding. They went over every aspect of the install before they began, we looked at the area where ai wanted the condenser to be installed. They voiced some concerns, but assured me they'd be able to get it done. They were aware that I wanted the line sets run a certain way, but let me know that given where I wanted the condenser, that may not be possible, When they realized that my desire to have the lines on the other side of the duct in the basement was not possible (given where I wanted the unit outside, they showed me exactly why they couldnâ t do that - and suggested that if I wanted the line sets to go there, they would have to move the condenser quite a bit closer to the front of the house - which they sensed I wouldnâ t want. They explained ALL of the factors involved and let me make the final decision before drilling an unnecessary hole etc, Having had numerous crews in my home over the years, this was a really welcome change - it is rare that a crew shows such regard for the owner's desire. They simply explained my options, and let me make the choice, Aside from that, they were very neat and clean and assured me that they would run the line sets very neatly so as not to take up too much space. Away from that, they also triple checked how I wanted the condenser to be placed, and showed me all the possibilities before placing the unit. In my experience this is very rare, Typically, a crew takes the easy way out, and then alerts the owner that â sorry but we did it this wayâ ¦â In short, the Grant crew was respectful of what I wanted, and did their best to accommodate my wishes. They were pleasant, courteous, and respectful of my home. After the install was finished, they made sure that I was happy with everything, showed me why they had to do things the way they did given my concerns, and left the work area spotless. The unit was perfectly level, the lines were tight, they filled the gap in the wall, etc. The independent electrician also was fantastic - he was running a bit late, yet had the courtesy to call to alert me. His work was pristine. Looking at all of the wires and lines, and the meticulous nature with which they were installed, I am was impressed with his work. Again, I canâ t say enough about the professionalism of the Grant crew. I had no doubt that Grant was the best choice for this job, and I am so happy with the result. I would highly recommend Grant for any sort of HVAC work.

As a new custmer, Grant Heating helped me out tremendously with prompt service when our oil burner lines clogged. They are not tied in with oil companies which is a huge plus where oil prices are fixed to service contracts.
