He communicates well, shows up when he says he will, and his prices are fair. We have conventional units ranging in age and I have been impressed with the solutions Tucker has come up with. At the end of a job he sends us photos/videos of what he has repaired and/or replaced before it is all covered back up. We have been very pleased with his work.

I called First Hand Heating & Air Conditioning when my AC was going out this past summer. I spoke to Tucker and told him my AC was working only ½ the time. He came out he same day only a few hours later. He diagnosed the issue quickly and even took several pictures, showing me what was wrong, faulty parts that needed to be replaced, and presented me several options for fixing it. After I decided, he was able to repair the problem in about 30 minutes, explained the process and told me what I could expect as far as the future performance of the AC unit...he was very thorough. The pricing was very reasonable and payment was simple. I have thrown away every or AC repair number I had, because he's the only one I'll call if I need work done in the future. A++!!
