We called today for emergency HVAC repair on our walk-in cooler. Anyone in the industry knows walk-in coolers are an urgent matter because they hold hundreds, if not thousands of dollars worth of product and are required for businesses to operate. We were told we would be contacted by dispatch as soon as possible. We reached out nearly three hours later for an update and someone else answered the phone only to tell us they do not do emergency weekend service. We wasted three hours of product losing temperature with our walk-in not working only to be told we can't get service until Monday. Why even answer the phone if you don't do emergency service? Leave it to the answering machine and get your staff on the same page about your service offerings.

It's hard to find an Honest AC company , they are better than others around here

They came out right away on a Saturday to help after some hurricane damage to my AC unit. Everything was fixed by Monday Morning and the price was excellent! Thank you all so much for such great service and communication.

My ceiling was wet and Frankum saved the day. Came out within just a few hours. Very responsive, up front and honest company. Harold respected my home and space, wore shoe covers and quickly and superbly fixed the problem in a very short time. The sweet lady Renee that answers the phone is excellent. She is efficient and gets the job done. I highly recommend this company. Look no further. Frankum doesn’t give the runaround like some of the others. I really appreciate them. I have maintenance scheduled with them now for fall and spring at a very reasonable price :)
