Good experience. Very quick. Called on Wednesday, Jason came out on Thursday and provided a quote, and work was completed on Friday. Old house with its own quirks made installation more difficult than expected. Jason was very responsive and was able to clearly communicate issues. Blake was able to do the install quickly with great workmanship.

It was a great experience from the salesman being super knowledgeable and walking us through the whole process. To the install crew going above and beyond. Super clean install hard working crew. Great prices for the best brands.

Wright is a smaller, family run business. Every tech I've dealt with is timely, honest and professional. They're installing a new system for my house and I know the job will be solid and the price fair

They showed up when they said they would. Tony, my tech, was very thorough in investigating the issue and explained the problems well. At no point did I feel like I was getting anything other than honesty.

This is their busiest time of year. Courtney took my call and told me it may be a few days before someone could come out, which I completely understood and that was okay, as it was not a dire emergency. Knowing how many calls they get this very hot time of year, they were here faster than I expected. Antonio was the technician. He did an excellent job. He was very effecient, took the time to explain problem thoroughly. He was professional, highly knowledgable, courteous and friendly. I give them an A+. I will be a regular customer and call them every spring and fall for inspection of A/C and Heating systems. Thank you Wright Services for your honesty and quality!!! It's greatly appreciated!!!

They also do a fall heating check, and I can call them if I have any troubles in between that time. I will continue to use them in the future.

<p>They arrived on Sept.17,2014, removed the part that housed the coil part  of unit in the hall ,took it outside and than they replaced the coil. They put it back together, cleaned up, received their payment and left. We were very please with the hold process.<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /></p> <br />

They are reliable.

They have been coming to my house since 1992. They installed my present air conditioner and furnace in 1997 and it is still working like a champ. I knew of these people long before I bought this house. They were installing an air conditioning system in a building and I talked to them. I liked what I thought was their work ethic. I liked everything about them so when I had my own home, I called them and I've called them ever since. The work was fine. The only time I've ever had to call them except for routine service was when something didn't sound right but that doesn't happen very often.

The office called in advance and said they had an opening the same afternoon. Two technicians arrived within the hour, completed their work outside and checked the unit in attic for any problems. They automatically took off their shoes before entering the house, which was much appreciated. Very professional. <br />

They have been coming out every year for biannual checkups since the summer of 2007. It's a family organization so I've gotten to know the employees. We're on a first name basis. I have a history with them and they know my unit. Their way of doing business is very comfortable and personable and that's what draws me back.

They are a really good air conditioning company. Tracy Wright owns it and they've been in business for at least twenty five years or so. He had worked for me before and that is why I know him well. I'm getting ready to call him back for the seasonal stuff right know but they are here twice a year on seasonal. They are really good guys. They are usually very reasonable. It's a very personable family owned company.

The original reason for the visit was a small condensing unit that wouldn't turn on. Antonio discovered that a breaker had tripped and reset it. While he was there I asked him to check on the heaters in preparation for upcoming cold weather. It was a good thing, because the main heater unit was not responding to the thermostat. He replaced it with a comparable one, and all is well. This company has been out to my new home several times for various reasons, including the initial HVAC inspection and assessment when we purchased the home, and they are terrific. It is a family business; father Tracy and son Jody , along with a couple of other really nice technicians like Antonio. Their office is friendly and efficient, and they really make an effort to accomodate the customer's needs and schedule. Tracy and Jody are so patient , professional, and knowledgeable. I am really impressed with this company and delighted to be their customer. <br />

When I first started using them they were installing a system at my place of work. When I first moved into my house, our air conditioner was holding on with a string and chewing gum. They kept it holding on for six years. After that we got a new one with them and it has been working ever since. They send out reminder cards for a/c checks twice a year. <br /> If they went out of business, I’d be lost.

They are outstanding. They have kept our unit running longer than anticipated.
