They showed up and SERVICED the seller's AC units and tried to make the potential buyer pay for the service. The technician was very nice, and capable, but had no idea that the scope of service was to ASSESS the units as a pre-sale move. At the end of the day, the owner, Jerry, would not even get on the phone with me and refused to come do the service that they were paid to do. Absolutely terrible management and lack of integrity to fulfill the HVAC inspection which was very clearly requested (and they made sure they billed me for it before they showed up). Oh by the way, they were late... too. I just want to point out that the technician was very nice and did what he thought he was supposed to do, but their ownership bungled everything and refused to make it right. Bad Show as Walt Disney would say..

<p>They have been coming out for several years. They have been good so far.  Originally I used someone else and they could not find the problem to why my air conditioning wasn't working. They were able to diagnose it correctly, whereas two previous providers had not been able to diagnose it. They usually come out for, like, a yearly maintenance of the system.  They can't always make it out right away be but neither can a lot of people. They are a small operation, very small. They are exceptional. They are very professional and they were able to accurately diagnose the problem. </p>

From start to finish this was a smooth job. <br /> I called Lucas HVAC to review my heat pump that had stopped working. Gary verified that the compressor was shorted to ground. <br /> I requested a quote for a new system. Jerry came out and reviewed my old system and gave me all the details on installing a new system. Jerry quickly followed up with a detailed quote. <br /> After receiving quotes from 2 other companies, I called Lucas HVAC and accepted their quote and scheduled the install. <br /> Two installers had the old system out and the new system completed in about a half a day. <br /> They were clean and professional. Then Jerry came out to review the install with me <br /> Since they received the install from me they waived the price for the original diagnostic visit. <br />

The service technician came out and he was super nice, clean and very professional. He explained what was wrong and fixed it without having to do major repairs to the entire system, which saved us a lot of money. He stood out in the heat pouring water over the unit to cool it down to try and save it, so that we didn't have to replace the whole thing. We ended up having to just replace a smaller part instead of having to get an entire new unit. I was very happy about that. The second time the owner came out and he also fixed a small part on our furnace. Both times it worked out better than I expected and I totally trusted having them in my house. They did a great job and I will definitely use them again.

Entire systems installed in one day with no interior household damage and excellent clean-up. Explained entire process and gave operation instructions along with appropriate paper work. <br />

I called Lucas and they came within a day and they were very professional and reasonably priced. I will use them again in the future.

Excellant! Excellant at calling me back and keeping me updated on their arrival time, a huge plus for a service company. Jerry was so experienced, professional and nice. Carla's just the most pleasant person to work with on the phone, friendly and knowledgable but also talks very clearly so you can underestand her even on a cell phone.

Absolutely professional, showed me every detail of repairs at a fair price . I will be using him in other projects . On time and personable. He also sent a detail report .
