Since I can’t create a new post, I’ll just have to update an existing post from over a year ago. This issue began 7-21-25 and was promptly fixed on 7-22. Once again, Absolute Refrigeration has gone above and beyond with their exceptional service. Late last night, the capacitor on my home’s AC unit went out, and the system was blowing only warm air. I contacted their after-hours answering service and explained the issue. By the time I woke up the next morning, they had already scheduled an appointment for the same day. Cayson and Juan arrived within a reasonable timeframe, were professional and courteous throughout the visit, and quickly diagnosed the problem. In no time at all, they had my AC back up and running. I couldn’t be more impressed with their responsiveness, professionalism, and commitment to customer satisfaction. Absolutely fantastic service – highly recommended! Nathan and Manny did a great job today. Nathan was very detailed in troubleshooting and Manny did great servicing the system. Cleaned up afterwards and explained things.

The office staff, the young ladies I have no words thank can really express the service I received. These words don't even come close - patient, understanding, informative, kind, helpful. The maintenance crew very positive, cheerful, informative and outgoing. They made sure everything was great. Everything was working fine before they left. They even went over and beyond to check my unit filter and to help me program my Thermostat to the proper setting. Every time I called with concerns or issues or timeframe progress up-to-date whatever the case may have been they were so OMG to the point where they actually calmed me down, knowing how frustrated I was with my warranty company. They took the time to follow through to make calls to double check. Again, no words that gives this company and their employees Justice. All I can say is - You want it done right? You want it done quick? You want friendly service and you want that feeling of love, the feeling that you're part of their family, This is the company to call. Mad love mad respect, way over and beyond. I would add a pic but you can't take a picture of a great job done so so get me lol- my use to read 110 degrees now it's 75 and falling in just one hour 🥰

Our A/C went out 6/21/2023. I put in a service request with our home warranty company that day. It took a few days for Absolute Refrigeration to come out (I don't remember how many as I hadn't started taking notes just yet), but they did come & tell us we needed a new fan motor. On 7/14/2023 I called & spoke with Cambree (sp?) who sd parts are not it. I called warranty co. who said A/C co. was who orders parts (makes sense to me). On 7/17/2023 I called Absolute Refrigeration for an update & spoke with Dee. She sd they were still waiting on part. She called me back that afternoon & sd part would be in on 7/17/2023. On 7/19/2023 spoke to Alexis who sd "she is going to check to see if part is on truck as it is here right now" (not sure who "she" is). I was told part was on truck & would be installed on 7/20/2023. Techs did come on 7/20/2023 but were unable to install part as the "wires to the old part would not work & a harness needs to ordered" (are you kidding me? Why was that not ordered when fan motor was? We are now TWENTY-NINE days without A/C!). We FINALLY got A/C running on 7/25/2023 BUT the tech left the fuse on top of the fuse box. When I called him, he said "...all you have to do is put it in that slot." He did offer to come back, but by this time I was so mad I told him not to bother. I DO NOT recommend Absolute Refrigeration!!!!!!!

Got me back up and running I’m satisfied with there work but I will say after a few phone calls I made I found out they where 5,000 dollars more than anyone in town with the exact same warranty as everyone els. I do wish I would have shopped around my total with them was almost $15,000 dollars for a 4 ton unit that I could have got for $9500 if I would have shopped around. I highly recommend you shop around before you sign up with absolute air-conditioning

The service of Absolute AC is outstanding! from the time I called to thankfully find out my warranty was still valid. It was 48 hours until my air conditioner was fixed. In a day when it is so hard to be treated with respect, I received remarkable courtesy from the lady that answered the phone to the fine gentleman who came and fix my air conditioner. The courtesy call letting me know they were going to arrive came at 8:43 AM and by 920 my air conditioner was fixed and running well, thank you Absolute! You are absolutely the best!

Scheduled a consult over the website, the company responded by calling the following day and we set an appointment for the Tuesday at 11:30am. Waited several hours with no call or message from them and no one ever showed up. Received a second call a day later and explained that I had spoke to someone and that no one showed up, I was then told they would have someone show up at my house between the hours of 1-5pm. Even received a second call verifying they would absolutely be there. Waited all day and same thing, no call or show with no contact. Horrible customer service.

After minor communication issues, Joe evaluated my exsisting HVAC set up to determine what was needed in order to replace my whole system. He was extremely professional, courteous, knowledgeable and apologized for the communication issues. The very next morning, the installation team (Juan and Juan) arrived to replace my old and worn-out system. These two technicians were also very professional, skilled, personable, and respectful of my property (they even wore shoe covers in the house). Throughout the day, whenever I peeked in on progress, they would pause and answer every question I had, and gave me advices and troubleshooting tips. While installing the furnace in the attic, they went above and beyond by adding a drip pan under the unit, and secured the electrical outlet to the framing (which had been simply dangling in mid air). Now all the lines, cords, and pvc drains are neatly and strategically positioned around the furnace, which pleases my OCD tendencies!!! They cleaned up then showed me how to operate the thermostat. I couldn't be more satisfied with the outcomes or Absolute Refrigeration!
