The most honest and friendly guys to deal with! I went to this dinner thinking it was different utility companies wanting our business. I was having a bad smell coming from my washing machine at the time and almost cancelled. They told me they also do appliance repair. They came to my house the next day. And they did not charge me for it! They found a dead rat under my washer! They Looked in my attic and rodents had torn apart my insulation and were making homes! So I got my attic insulated with their aluminum coated insulation. Which they explained to me how this type of insulation distracts rodents completely! But also, Since this has been installed in April, 2025, my electric bill has gone down and my house stays cooler now during the day! These guys also sealed anywhere the rodents would be able to get into my house from outside! If I need any type of appliance repair in the future, this is the business I will use. Best NASA engineered insulation product ever! The MLI is definitely an investment that keeps saving money month after month. It’s mind blowing at the difference in the price of the electric bill alone. The whole house stays at one temperature now and the ac/ furnace rarely even comes on! Money well invested! Good Company. Very professional, fast response to concern and completing the job. Installed our furnace in a week and even had to work with our Extended Warranty company. Was impressed!

JG Comfort and Control installed the wrong (3 tonnes) coil in our inside unit (4 tonnes part and install warranted 10-years) and it blew our condenser. After 48h they finally sent a technician who confirmed our condenser was dead, but he received a call from his boss, who told him to leave the place immediately and when I called their office after some insistance to understand the next step, I got somebody who told me to « GO TO **** OFF MYSELF ». Never seen such unprofessional behavior, especially after doing such an install error

The leak was fixed and the rotted wood replaced in the floor

I felt no pressure and that he was advising me as to the best purchase for my situation...very honesty and with integrity. the crew arrived on the designated day and time and completed the work within the projected 8 hours. I am satisfied and will highly recommend and use in the future.

Everything went very well.  The tech was on-time and very well trained.  He tested and cleaned the unit while I watched.  He educated me throughout the process and was not trying to "sell" me additional services.

It was fine.  They came on time.  They did a good job.  There were no problems with scheduling, they met my schedule.

They were very punctual with their appointment time. The total time from beginning to end was way less than what I had scheduled for. The owner, Josh, did not try to talk me into a bigger, more expensive system. He sold me a unit that was going to be efficient my home.  When his guys finished they cleaned up the entire work space from my front door all the way to where the attic was.

Josh and his team have always been quick to respond. They show up on time, they are professional, and they perform the work needed for a fair price. I have used them for A/C and electrical services at my home and my office.

I used this company for a second opinion after I was told I needed a new unit. They were curteous, professional and answered all questions about repairs/work. The work was completed that day and my home left clean from any work debris. I will continue to use this company for all my heating and air conditioning needs. They fixed a leak and saved me from wasting money on a new unit. <br />
