Brad and his team at Perfect Air truly go above and beyond. I reached out after experiencing serious issues with a newly installed system from another company. The system was highly advanced and outside the brands Perfect Air typically works with, yet they took the job without hesitation. More importantly, they invested the time to fully understand the system and executed the work flawlessly. They not only fixed the issues but corrected the shortcomings left behind by the previous installer. Their professionalism, technical capability, and commitment to doing the job right were outstanding. I would highly recommend Perfect Air to anyone needing knowledgeable and dependable HVAC professionals.

We are very pleased with Perfect air. Lance came and took great care of our issues with our unit. On time and they send you a picture of your technician so you know who is arriving. Had the parts on the truck and ready to work. So if your looking for a company that will take perfect care of you, then you need perfect air. They keep you living in perfect temps in your home.

All I can say is wow what a great company! I called this morning and was able to be seen in only a few hours. Very professional and nice people. Lance was my technician and a great one at that. Asked a bunch of questions and he was able to answer every single one. Very knowledgeable and would HIGHLY recommend everyone use them if you have any AC/Heating needs.

The installers are great. Communicate very well, know what they’re doing and accommodating. They work hard to make you happy with their service. They are there at anytime for you questions and make the experience as easy as possible.

What a relief to find Perfect Air! We lost trust with another local company after a misplaced drain plug led to a leak and water damage. We have been reluctant to call anyone else. Perfect Air has regained our trust! We had the pleasure of meeting the owner of Perfect Air, Brad. He was prompt arriving to our home in Beaumont. He quickly diagnosed the problem with our fan and was able to replace the part needed. He explained the problem and the solution to me (with so much patience, multiple times 🤪) until I felt like I could relay the information to my husband. He allowed my small, interested children to watch while he worked and even showed them the features of his cyber truck before leaving. We feel very comfortable and confident using this company for all of our future HVAC needs!

Just when you think the days of trusting folks was over….Surprise Surprise!!! This company is A+. I purchased my home last year and it has a 28 year old Trane unit which has had most all its service done by Perfect Air on a twice year basis (So affordable BTW). When they came out yesterday for their routine fall inspection, my technician Waylon pointed out how old the unit was and I thought to myself, “ oh here we go, he’s going to try and sell me on a new one🙄” but NOPE!! As he looked at the unit like an old friend, he said he was proud that his company had been able to keep her running for all these years and hoped to continue to do so❤️🤩 What a breath of fresh air….Perfect Air

I had my outside unit go out in the middle of the night. I called perfect air the next morning and they were out at my house within an hour. Lance was very knowledgeable and personable. He knew exactly what he was doing and got it fixed very quickly. This was my first time using them and I will use them from now on.

Nothing is worse than no A/C during September in Texas but Perfect Air went above and beyond to get us back in the "cool". The service provided was above par. We received notification with a picture of the service technician who would arrive. The technicians were always polite and courteous and explained the problem and how long it would take to receive the parts needed and when they would return to install.

Perfect Air was great. Same day service and they had the parts needed. Waylon was our service guy and he was professional and answered all our questions. We will be using them for all our heating and air services.

I got a completely new system from PERFECT AIR. Very professional, explained everything very well. I am 85 years old, don't hear very well. They took their time, and made sure I heard everything they said. Very good service. Very good service men.

Our technician Lance was fantastic. Very knowledgeable about what he was doing and explained everything very well. We will definitely be using Perfect Air again in the future if it is needed.

All the services from Perfect Air was GREAT! They responded very quick to all my problems with my ac system. Brad finally convinced me to replace my old ac duck work, and so glad we did!! The men did a very professional job and now my house is cooler and quieter! I would recommend these guys to everyone! The owner ( Brad Davis) even came out any checked out all of the installations !! GREAT JOB!!!!

Great service. Lance is an awesome technician and Kevin is an awesome installer. Lance didn't stop until he found the problem and Kevin made sure he did an awesome job installing a new evaporator. Highly recommend both of them

Our a/c unit went out while we were on vacation, once we got home and realized perfect air was my first call. They were very busy but fit me in their schedule for the following morning to diagnose the problem and get my new parts ordered. I’m pretty sure that the owner drove to Houston to pick up a part so we wouldn’t have to wait for it to be shipped and delivered. Top notch service. Thanks

I highly recommend PERFECT AIR company to service your house or apartment complexes with AC issues. We have an issue with AC not working, after calling few AC services companies, I finally found a reputable Perfect Air company that resolved my issue and I'm very happy with the end results. Perfect Air dispatched the professional AC technician - Mr. Dustin Everett was very knowledgeable, punctual, reliable and yet very friendly. Customer service was exceptional. Thank you Perfect Air.

Jaythan was amazing! Perfect Air is a really great company. Before he even looked at the unit, he already had an idea of what the issue was and he was correct! He fixed it and less than four minutes I’m not even kidding, and he was so knowledgeable, respectful, and very kind! I would refer these guys to anyone.

Man came fast did his check offs of the system knew what too do went got the part fast installed bing bing bah bing completed.This happens when they know what to do that's why their my goto perfect air guys.

We are having issues with our AC unit and Tristen came out and explained absolutely everything to me in such detail. He is fantastic at educating you on what is going on, and what needs to be to fix it to properly cool your home. He is extremely kind and very knowledgeable on the subject matter. Very reasonable with price as well!

I came home at 230 PM to find my AC not working. I called Steve at Perfect Air, and he was kind enough to dispatch Jaythan to fix our problem. Jaythan left at 430 PM - I have not received better, faster or friendlier service than with Perfect Air.

Service personnel always friendly, with a fantastic attitude, and extremely knowledgeable! I signed up for the twice a year inspection and am very pleased.

I highly recommend Perfect Air . There was an electrical storm that destroyed my unit in the attic in 2014. We bought our home brand new and was in our home for about 9 years when it happened. Perfect Air installed us a new unit . We have not had a problem with our unit since. They have excellent service and their work is guaranteed. Thank You Perfect Air.
