Celsius A/C & Heating

Called Dean at 9:15 pm, was on the phone for a couple minutes, he said he would be right over. Less than 15 minutes later he was in front of my house. His thoughts conveyed on the phone of the problem turned out to be accurate. 15 minutes later my unit was running and cooling down the house. Dean then proceeded to crawl into my attic to inspect and look for any other issues, which there were none. Very patient, polite and knowledgeable. Took the time to explain things, and overall very professional! Highly recommend!

Dean has now replaced 2 central heating and air full units, over the course of 25 years. He has always been fast, courteous, affordable, and on time. He is an absolute professional. He has diagnosed and fixed many of my friends and family's units over the years, as he the only one I would ever recommend. Dean literally just left our house and I just HAD to come on here and rave about how amazing of a man and company this is. We called him at like 8pm, he was here by 8:15 and was completely finished by 8:40. My husband was out there (wanting to learn, had a million questions) and Dean was so patient and knowledgeable! He literally finished up right before the storm rolled in! (It's now pouring!!) Love this company and love Dean! He will forever have our service!

After trying unsuccessfully trying to find an after hours A/C repair person on a steamy August evening, I found Dean. He came out at 11:30 pm to fix what turned out to be a clogged drain and saved us from the current heat wave. He was friendly, professional, and up front about what was going on instead of leaving us guessing. I can't praise him enough for his work, and I would gladly use his services again.

I found Mr. Dean through googling when my AC unit went out on Monday. When I called him the first time I told him what I thought the issue might be and he listened very patiently and told me what the rates were going to be and said he could come out right then because I have 2 small children. I told him I didn't know and needed to think about it and he said well call me back and I'll come right out. Well I ended up deciding to go with him and he came right on out and fixed it for me. Dean, runs a #1 A/C & Heating company!!! Nothing but GREAT. POSITIVE, SUPER FRIENDLY can describe him and his company. He has always returned our calls promptly and comes out as promptly as he answers his calls whenever we needed him even after hours. My air conditioner stopped just before a large family gathering I called Celsius told them of my predicament a nice young man named Dean came came right out and had it up and running in short order saved the day.He did not try to sell me a new unit that I did not need instead replaced a part which he had in his supply truck.THANK you Dean for being a honest repair man. 1am on a Sunday morning I woke up and realized my AC was not working. In this Texas heat and having a 1 year old I knew I needed someone out quick. I made multiple calls to large companies claiming to be "24/7". The earliest someone could come out was Wednesday! I called Celsius and a technician was at my house within 15 minutes! Repairs were done quickly and he had the parts needed on hand. I am very grateful for such a quick response and great service.

I had a A.C. problem around 9p.m. i called 5 a.c. companies and no one wanted to come out then i called Dean with Celcius A.C and heating. He Came out within 30 minutes of the phone call. He fixed our A.c. the capacitor went out. He was very courteous and efficient. I highly recommend Dean and his company. I will definitely use his services again.

At the height of rolling black outs and 40+ hours with no electricity, Dean came out and got our furnace back on and running. Struggling at his own home with a leak in the attic from freezing temperatures, dean came to us within 10 minutes to work on our own heater. Thankful is an understatement and in a time of need during this historic 2021 Winter Freeze, Dean was there.

Dean and Leslie are angels....Dean came over last night (Sunday) at 9:30pm on Memorial Day weekend and fixed our AC in 20 minutes...God blessed us with Dean and we wanted to say what a wonderful experience. I called during the COIVD-19 pandemic and they came out same day after correctly diagnosing the problem over the phone & giving me a quick quote. When he came, he inspected my unit, unclogged my AC and refused to charge me because we are close and it was according to him a simple fix. He then told me next steps on how to address a previous "repair." During a time of crisis this company went above and beyond. He was professional, prompt and most importantly HONEST. That is unfortunately increasingly rare. We now have an HVAC company for life. Thank you Celsius AC & Heating!!!

Dean came out on short notice on a Saturday and we appreciated that! He had to order a part but he resolved it on Monday. So glad we found him!

Forest D. Woods did a really great job at fixing my air conditioning with a prompt and fast service. He has really saved me a lot of money over many years of servicing my A/C and heat. His prices are very reasonable. Thank you very much!

My testimonial on their webpage before getting their bill :- "I really appreciate the prompt service folks at Celsius have provided. The appointment time was initially set as 2pm, but my wife told me the AC was fixed before noon. I am kind of disappointed that I was not able to be there to witness the repair, but words from my wife were all positive. Again, thank you for your excellent response time, and professionalism." However, the service wasn't cheap. Service call was $75, and replacing a dual-run capacitor was $238!! That is a little high for a part that costs no more than $40. And thinking that their address was so close to my house, which probably wouldn't take more than 10 minutes drive would at least help with cutting the cost, plus the work probably took about 20 minutes. Sorry Celsius, I would love to retract my testimonial on your webpage if I could, and you are definitely overcharging your customers.

These guys are awesome. They come super quick, honest and have fair pricing. Celsius AC will have my business. I have had too many bad experiences with big name repair companies to go anywhere else. I highly recommend this company.

Celsius has been looking after our system since around 2005 or so. As it seems to be every time, we had a problem today (Sunday/weekend). I called and they came within an hour and fixed the problem and charged a more than fair price. These guys are the best service oriented company I have dealt with and highly recommend to anyone that needs AC/Furnace work.

As stated the response time wasnt bad. I had a technician the next day for a tune up. I was under the impression that some preventive maintenance would be done. The tech did go in the attic he said he blew the drain out cause it was clogged. From what i can tell that may have been all he did in the attic. He did not open the pannel to inspect the coil. He then went outside and hooked a computer to my outside unit. After a short time and he come in with a diagnosis of problems. He told me that i needed 3 to 4 lbs of freon at 56$ a pound. That my plenum was molded and rusty and and new evaporator coil due to a leak and a slight restriction. And my emergency drain needed replaced. All to a tune of 3000 dollars. Ok i know AC repair is expensive. So i told him let me get with my insurance. I decided to keep to myself i will get a second opinion from a close friend that is an AC tech that i trust. Now my friend will be over this weekend i surely hope at least some of the problem are true for this companie's sake. Since the tech did not take the cover off to the coil, ( i know this because it is still sealed with dirty caulk), i took the pannel off today and to my surprise it holds a nice shiny coil. No evidence of mold and very few rust spots. I see no evidence of a leak, i would assume since ive had maintenance the last 5 years that i would see a leak detect dye a previous tech would have put in. But none was seen. I decided to see parts price in the event i need to replace theaw items, like i said i was quoted 3k for goodman replacement parts. My research was done on several websites and phonecalls. Prices didnt change much. Goodman evaporator coil - 350 - 470 $ Goodman plenum kit - 300-400 $ Emergency drain pan 40 $ Now for the higher end i count $910 How does install cost $2090. Now im sure it is only a few hour job but lets go with 8 hr install that would be 261$ an hour labor. This is completely inconceivable. This company may have other good techs, but i would personally advise against using them, and will discourage any one whom ask me.

I called to see if they could fix my nest thermostats He was here so fast. He got the problem fixed and seen I had another problem with the heater not coming on he fixed it. It’s hard to find honest people Anymore.Very reasonable and knowledgeable. Found My Ac & heat guy..Good man!!

Quick. Professional. Honest. Hard to ask for more. I called him at 730 because my tenants were complaining about the AC not working well. He was on another call, but there within the hour and diagnosed and solved the issue promptly.

All I can say is he is a godsend, I had my in-laws on a plane to visit from jersey and after a year in a half owning the home I noticed the air conditioner not running. I called and ten minutes later he was here and fixed the issue. Honest and fast, you won’t be disappointed.
