Tex-Air Filter web site states they can custom build virtually any kind of filter for commercial or residential use. Took my components from my electronic dust collection system to get conventional filters made to their size. I was told it could not be done. But they state in the web site custom build any kind. Said they can't make a 2 or 3 inch thick filter.

Great customer service

I wanted to give this review when I first had my HVAC system installed but opted not to. I had an HVAC unit installed by this company in June 2021, and the entire installation experience was awful. The team tried to install a damaged part, left trash and old parts in my attic, and did not clean up after themselves. Recently, an independent technician discovered that the plenum was installed incorrectly and not properly supported, causing air and heat to escape into the attic. The tape had completely come off and my duct work is no longer attached to the air handler/furnace. The technician also found a Freon leak, an issue with the coil, and a faulty dual run capacitor?all on a system that?s only four years old. These problems should not occur this soon and clearly point to poor workmanship, installation and lack of quality control. A major investment like an HVAC system should not require multiple repairs due to careless installation. Be cautious when using this company.

I was without an A/C system for the last three months and finally decided it time to replace it, given we we’re about to enter the crazy hot season that is Texas summers. Was given two options on a replacement complete 3 ton heat pump system, a Trane or a Daikin. I chose the Daikin and got a great price. I Approved the estimate on Saturday evening and my new system was up and running Monday afternoon. Fast turnaround from order to installation. Thank you Mitch for the information and help in making my decision as it’s usually tough for me to make choice between two good products.

Although they said that the fan wouldn't blow continuously, it pretty much does, with periodic stops of about one minute.
