Chase from Nextgen Airworks came out at 9:45PM and was done by 11:30 PM, and the service was absolutely top-notch. He was quick, professional, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. Even coming out that late in the evening, he took the time to do the job right and made sure everything was working perfectly before he left. Very professional company. Installed a unit that works flawlessly. Even worked on a unit that another company Installed and didn't honor warranty work and left me high and dry. Thankfully Nextgen Airworks LLC was there to do warranty work in place of the other company. Highly recommend NextGen Airworks! I called a few other places before landing on NextGen and to even get the other companies out to me would have costed a pretty penny and wouldn’t be same day. Chase and his team came out quickly (SAME DAY), extremely professional/kind, and instantly diagnosed my unit issue. He was honest about the repair costs, provided me options, didn't try to oversell me, and had my house cool again in literally less than 10 minutes. NextGen is now my go-to for any HVAC issues!
