Had noticed my blower mess up when I got home from work around 5pm. Called and Rashaad came out at 5:20pm and diagnosed it for me. Didn't have a spare on his truck to repair it, and came out the next day with the correct motor. Rashaad had it replaced in an hour and chatted with me the whole time. The HVAC Professional was courteous, super knowledgeable and extremely helpful. He took time to explain to me specifics of what was happening with my downstairs unit and let me know all options on the repairs required to have an optimal and cost efficient cooling system versus the current one. The estimate provided appeared to be fair for the new unit compared to previous estimate I received. I will recommend contacting Merchant AC for a consultation when you are having any HVAC issues. They actually were able to get me an appointment the day after Christmas which was the same day I contacted them and he was on time.

Roshaad is the man for any of your A/C needs. He's open 24/7 for all emergencies, he comes as soon as he is called and gets the issue fixed within minutes.
