Very detailed record keeping. Had notes of repairs done by previous homeowners to help pinpoint issues. Did fast and thorough work and had my AC running in short time. Which was very helpful with 2 young babies in the house. Very accommodating when trying to navigate difficult home warranty claims. Would recommend every time.

Randy installed a water conditioner and an RO system in our home with professional results. He made sure everything was working properly and we are very happy with the results. I use these guys exclusively since they actually do the work without a lot of salesman BS and just provide the required service.

A/C went out on over 100 degree day.Technician was at my home within 45 min- Diagnosed problem within 15 minutes,He checked & honored Warranty. They are awesome people from the lady on the phone to the guys that came out. We have had to call them out twice to fix another company's problem. They are very down to earth an affordable!! If you call first choice have honest air come fix their problems. Repeat call honest air first for all your ac/heater problem!!! You won't regret it! Honest air is worth it!! Thank yall so much!!!
