My heater decided to die during the coldest week of the year. Delta Air was able to have a Tech out within a day. Aaron was prompt and spent time evaluating the unit and tried a few fixes. Unfortunately the unit was old and I ended up replacing the entire unit. I didn't want to risk the A/C unit failing in the middle of summer. Caleb and Juan performed the installation the next day and I had heat by noon. The installation was done professionally.

We were highly impressed with the staff and the manner in which they completed their tasks. Each person on the job took the time to introduce themselves and shake our hands. They were professional, and they took the time to explain things as well as the time to clean up after themselves. I'd highly recommend them!

Their service is very good. We just had some bad experiences with them on the installation and everything. We ended up with a very good installation, but they just didn't follow up on anything. We were always calling them, trying to get things finalized and done, and they just really irritated me. They did a good job of installation, but a very bad job of customer service. They've been very good this year. In fact, twice we've had one of the new units they installed ceased working in this Arizona heat of 110 degrees, and I called them and they were out within like two hours and repaired it, so it was excellent response. I called them like at 9:00 in the morning because the unit had stopped working and they were here by 11:00 and had it resolved. About five weeks ago it was the same way. I called them and they were out within like three hours and had everything working within an hour or two. There was no cost, because I'm under a service policy.

They did a good job on the installation of the units, but almost two months later and I still don't have the required paperwork to send in for my $1,600.00 SRP rebate. They keep promising that they will get them to me but still another missed appointment today. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

The first time I used the gas furnace, it made bad sounds. I called them out in the spring after going all winter without heat. <br /> <br /> He got it started back up, and was about to do step 2 of a 22-point check. He said, ?This system is arcing and there?s a great danger of this catching your house on fire.? He said they would pay for me to stay in a hotel to get it fixed. I was recovering from an accident, so I couldn?t, but that told me a lot about the company. I had gotten a few other estimates, and Delta gave me a basic quote. It was still expensive, though, and I told him I?d gotten other quotes. He said he?d beat that, and he did. It was wonderful of them. <br /> <br /> He replaced the unit with a pump and removed the gas furnace, cleaned the ducts, and did several other things. I was so grateful to them for helping me. I would highly recommend them.

They said they wouldn’t put the kind of motor in it that was having issues, and they went ahead and put it in anyway. 6 months later, under our agreement, they came to inspect the air conditioner and heater. They told us we needed several things, including our ducts being cleaned. They wanted to charge us a sizeable amount of money to do that. We contacted someone else and they said we wouldn’t need our ducts cleaned. At that point, I decided I wanted to get out of our agreement.

The initial contact was wonderful and, after the two company reps examined the unit they replaced, I felt VERY comfortable and happy to do business with them. They had been highly recommended by a co-worker, as well, so I thought I was in good hands. The installation was set and, at the same time, on the same day, we scheduled duct cleaning, installation of a new thermostat, and a permanent air filter. <br /> The ONLY thing that was done on time was the installation of the unit, itself. I called my representative about the remaining items, and he told me he'd check on it and get right back to me. He never did...EVER. After waiting a reasonable amount of time for him to respond (2 days), I started making calls. Everyone with whom I spoke told me it was someone else's fault, but arrangements were made to complete the work on a Saturday. I was given a 3-hour time frame for the duct cleaner to arrive and, while I was waiting for him for the 3 hours, the appointment time came and went. 45 minutes AFTER the expiration of the time window, he showed up. He told me that a company truck had broken down, and was profusely apologetic for the delay. I understand when things happen. What I do NOT understand is why no one called me to tell me about the delay. Therefore, I spent an entire day just waiting for them. And, although I was told the thermostat would be installed the same day, no one ever showed up to do that. And I did not receive my permanent filter. <br /> I made more phone calls and, although I wanted to remain calm, cool, and collected, it became very difficult as I told them I've NEVER had to work so hard to get work done after spending this amount of money. Again, everyone was very apologetic, and they got someone here to install the thermostat the next week...but still no permanent filter. I called...again. This time I was told that the filter comes by mail, and to expect it in 7-10 days. (Why no one told me this at the beginning is beyond me.) When it arrived, it was faulty...the manufacturing work was incomplete---not the company's fault, but another strike against them nonetheless. I called...again. A new filter was ordered, and I reminded the person with whom I spoke that I had been promised a free labor contract to make up for all the problems with my installation. <br /> From start to finish this work took 4 weeks, with me fighting to get everything done every step of the way. It's now been two months since this process started, and I've never heard another word from anyone about the labor contract I was promised. I couldn't possibly be any more disappointed with this company, and I would NEVER recommend them. After the contract was signed, everything went south...and still hasn't been resolved. <br />

Jonathan, Juan and Ricardo worked on replacing two large air conditioning units and two heating units. Dale and his son worked on replacing our water heater. All the work was done in less than a day. They were all knowledgeable, professional and a joy to work with. They did a great job installing the equipment, having a great deal of equipment and packaging removed and going the extra mile by sweeping up all areas in which they worked. I highly recommend this company.

While the sales process was excellent and we adored our sales representative, the installation of TWO new air conditioners was a nightmare. From the lack of professionalism from the install crew, most egregiously the install lead, to the shoddy installation. This install was a nightmare. The outside units were not level at first. You could see from the street that they were not. That was haphazardly corrected, but it was still not level. The pads were 90 degrees off, so the units were not properly centered. In an attempt to level them, gravel was shoved up under the pads and a couple of shims were placed between the unit and the pads. The wires were not run through the rubber grommet but through metal, where they would wear and short out over time from the normal vibrations of an AC unit. The lead installer never introduced himself. I only knew he was in my home because he was speaking so loudly on his phone that 2 techs had shown up earlier. Only one introduced himself. The lead installer was rude and condescending and straight-up lied to my face about a conversation with my spouse. Photographs were taken inside my home, next to family photos, without my permission and without even letting me know new or additional Delta employees were inside my home. The only reason a conversation was had about photos is when I came out of my home office to ask about the paparazzi flashes and get my good side comments that were happening around my thermostat and family photos. This is far worse than the shoddy install and the lead attitude of the installers, as this is a major violation of privacy and trust. When we called to complain, the office manager also lied about the team taking photos inside my home without an introduction or permission. Turns out, he was part of the photography escapade! We had to ask every few days for several weeks to get the invoice and paperwork for the labor warranty we purchased. While Delta did come out and fix the installation issues, nothing can undo the damage done by rude and unprofessional employees inside your home, or the violation felt by having someone taking photos in your home while you were unaware they were there. The owner demands that customers be treated like family. Not true, unless you hate your family. We asked to speak with the owner about all of this and are still waiting on that return phone call. It has been two weeks! I will never use or recommend them to anyone.

By word of mouth best advertising. On 8/19 I had to have a surger pro installed. $281.00, The original they failed to install it at the time of installation when it was new. on 6/26, 2020 I had to have a Compressor saver kit installed, $358.00. I am told that I need my vents cleaned, something like $800.00. I&#39;m sorry, I am a very clean person but, I can&#39;t afford that. The young man that came to do the check was wonderful, honest and very respectful. Just want you to know I paid a lot for that A/C and would not expect to have so many extra expenses .

Good service and knowledgeable service technician. He explained every step of the way what he was going to do for the system. After inspecting the unit he took pictures to show us what he found during the inspection. We invested a lot of money for duct cleaning the entire system and the blower wheel but it will be well worth it if the type of cleaning promised is done.

Contractor was very dishonest. Did not fulfill the contract. It took over two months to complete the installation because their people were not qualified or properly trained. Had to bring in technicians from the manufacturer to get the equipment running correctly. Currently filing a claim with the registrar of contractors and will probably have to take them to court to get the financial/contract issues resolved. DO NO CONSIDER THIS CONTRACTOR!!!!!

Service technician, Anthony, came out today for PM. He was very pleasant and professional, answered all my questions and installed an air scrubber, after thoroughly explaining the benefits of it. I am also having my ducts cleaned by Delta. Glad I ended-up with Delta after my former HVAC company went under.

Great company & competitive pricing. Installed 3 complete units in one day. Crew was very professional and quick. At the end of the project, the crew cleaned and removed everything, leaving my home exactly as they found it (with the addition of new heating/cooling system). Highly recommend
