The technician came and did nothing. Said the temperature was turned up too high on a mini-split and tried to sell us a heat pump. He charged $90 left. If it were possible to give zero stars I would. Updated to add, that all the unit needed was a little freon and the technician from Phil?s never bothered to check it. He basically came and stole $90 from my elderly mother.
