Ill never use anyone else! They were extremely nice, helpful, immediate, sufficient, cleaned up excellent, and gave a great price to fully replace my ac unit and gas furnace!

The blower motor on my upstairs air handler went out and I contacted 9-Line since they had great reviews and were located near my home. Daniel took my call and ordered the replacement motor for my air handler model from the distributor. One day later, Ben was dispatched to replace the motor. The repair was done quickly and professionally for a fair charge. It is also nice to support a veteran-owned business. Support those who served to support us. Very happy with the overall experience.

Daniel is amazing! We were staying at parents when the AC stopped working at 2pm on a Friday and he had us cooling off before dinner! We will be using him for all our hvac needs from now on.

After this, I won't be using anyone else. Daniel was so kind, helpful, and knowledgeable! His crew was off today, but Daniel was still on his A-game! My HVAC went out, and it was HOT in the house. He came out 20-30 minutes after I called him. He had the part replaced and HVAC running in about 15 minutes and charged me a more than reasonable fee.

Excellent service and very professional. We plan on using Daniel on a regular basis. He is very personable and his pricing is very reasonable. 10 out of 10!!

The owner, Daniel, is terrific and gets straight on the problem. We came in from out of town at 12:30am to discover our AC out and it’s Friday night 🥵. No worries, they work on Saturdays for no premium service fee and he came an hour after I called. Thanks Mike for being here with him. They diagnosed us in minutes - bad capacitor - and we were cooling 10 minutes later! I definitely recommend this company and they are in my list to call next time.

Just used 9 line hvac for the first time today and let me tell you, I’ll never use anybody else again. I should write two five star reviews so they can have ten stars. Starting from the first phone call they are extremely friendly. We had to reschedule an appointment due to something coming up on their end and they showed up on the rescheduled day clean, super friendly, and ready to work. I will recommend this company for any hvac needs. They are a veteran company which is a huge plus for my household. I appreciate “small town companies” like this and I will be a repeat customer!

These guys were fantastic. We had another technician from another company come in and constantly tell me well. I don’t know what’s gonna fix this and finally I got in touch with nine line and they showed up and within a day identified the problem came back the next day and fixed it no questions asked absolutely fantastic service great people to be around the Father has an amazing personality in 30 years of knowledge and the son is amazing when it comes to heat pumps. These are the guys you wanna go with! From me and my wife, thank you guys
