Tran has helped us out in a pinch on a couple of occasions when our AC had issues. He is prompt, efficient, knowledgeable, friendly, professional, polite and reasonably priced. He’s the first phone call we make when we have HVAC issues and should be yours as well.

We have had Tran out for various HVAC repairs since purchasing our home. He is always very timely and polite! If you have an emergent issue he gets out to you amazingly quick! Our most recent experience included a complete A/C replacement. During this process Tran was very thorough, transparent and informative. Called Tran at High Tech around 12:30PM, appointment was made between 3 and 4:00PM that same day. He listened to customer, made an analysis, offered to get the motor and returned to replace it on the heater. The outside temp was only 2°, so it was important to fix the problem. Tran installed central air and a new heater in our house shortly after we moved in. We call him annually to service both units and rely on his expertise. He knows I'm technology challenged and found me a simple, non- digital thermostat and made sure I was comfortable with it before installing it. During this past summer the air conditioning system began pumping out warm air. Tran came to the house, after normal business hours, and fixed the issue with no hesitation. Tran provided excellent customer service when our AC wasn't working on 100° day. Even though booked out 2 wks came at 7AM next day. Replaced one defective part which provided immediate cooling! Transferred is great!!!
