I called on the Johnstown, PA store Friday to ask about getting my car inspected Saturday and was told to be there at 11:30 Saturday and they would get me in. When i arrived that person i spoke with Friday never put me in the computer but Marck apologized and got me in right away. He was very friendly and helpful! I will definitely be going back there because of the great customer service i received that day from Marck.

First experience with Flynns Tire. Due to leg surgery, I requested a speedy oil change which they delivered. After a price quote on the phone, my truck engine actually required more oil than quoted which Flynns honored the price they originally gave me. They are new in town, but I will go back again.

Had a flat spare tire and was leaving for Harrisburg the next morning They said no problem and had it done the same day. And at a very reasonable price. I would and will recommend them to any that need tires or repairs

I made an appointment for two of my vehicles to get oil changes and tire rotations. I was greeted and taken care of promptly. This place is my go to business for all my vehicle needs.

I called the headquarters to explain my situation but the gentleman that answered the phone didn’t seem to care much. Was told that I would receive a call back but this hasn’t happened yet from him or the store manager in Niles facility. Car was stuck on rack for hours kids stuck at school wasn’t offered any help. Or a ride. West Side tire is just up the road.

well i must say I am impressed. After posting my negative review. A man from Corporate called me back to see what happened. He just happened to be at the Penn Hills store. I explained my story and he assured me that the situation would be taken care of as well as thanking me for bringing this too there attention. He said they strive for customer service as this is the basis of there stores. and to be honest I believe him. I explained that I would never return to the Penn Hills store but I would be more then happy to return to the Plum Store. thank you for calling me back and making this right. I truly appreciate it.

Great service. Corrected an issues with brakes that where put on a year ago by the previous owner of the Johnstown location at no charge by honoring the warranty.

Mark and the guys in Johnstown are all super and they gave us great service! Highly recommend for everything - tires and all!

I am giving no star I went to get my wife car inspection and they told me I needed a O2 censor and flex pipe exhaust which would be 600 and some dollar took it somewhere else to get checked and inspection and it passed I will never return and I will post on my Facebook you tried too rip me off

Jeff from the Grove city store was very ignorant and laughs at his customers i find this very inappropriate and is giving Flynn tire a bad name I'll never go back to that store again
