After I discovered I had no hot water, I found that my tankless water heater had an error message of vent blockage. I called Baird. Coincidently, Ernie was on a service call in my neighborhood. He analyzed the situation, determined the cause and solution. Ernie worked efficiently to solve my problem! He explained that ice was blocking the exhaust vent. The cost was very reasonable, especially. I can confidently highly recommend Baird for heating, cooling and water heater repairs! Thank you!

The folks at Baird were awesome. The tech came over, quickly diagnosed the issue and was in and out. The shop got the part ordered and the furnace fixed very quickly and without any surprises or hassle. Great company. Definitely will be using them in the future.

The service Tech Randy Parks was who responded to our service call. He was quick at finding and repairing my Heat and Air unit. It ended up be a wiring mistake from another company I had servicing my unit. He was great and I'll definitely use them again when needed.

When the oil furnace went down on one of the coldest days this winter, Baird fit us in the same day. Great customer service, called to let us know they were on the way. The staff member was very knowledgeable, personable, and had our furnace running in a short period of time. We would definitely use them again for HVAC needs. Highly Recommended!

I have a furnace that is not even two years old and it needed a heat valve. After paying for the initial visit with a $99 service fee, they came back out with the part needed. They said I wouldn’t have another service fee when they came back out. Instead, they charge a $67 travel fee. After all was said and done, the parts and labor were covered under my warranty. They proceeded to charge me $479. I told the tech that was outrageous and they would have to bill me. The tech said, I cannot leave your house until you pay in full. This company is nothing but highway robbery. DO NOT USE BAIRD.

Great company!They are conscientious, thorough and neat! Bought a new oil furnace about a year and half ago to replace the old one. A fair price, and it's paying for itself quickly, using half the fuel. They are now booking four weeks out, for an annual cleaning. This scheduling proves to me, that most of their customers must be satisfied. Don't hesitate to call them!

We called Baird Heating and Cooling early this morning and within one hour a technician named Randy came out. He fixed the problem within and hour. Randy was efficient and kind and explained everything and answered any questions that we had. We would definitely recommend Baird Heating and Cooling. Keep up the good work and service!

Spent $9,200 and a year later the system failed. The woman that was on call was rude and hung up on me and then stuck me with a $300 service fee even though the system was under warranty. Top it all off they were out here to my house a few moths ago doing maintenance and that was another $200 wasted. Don't use this company if I could rate them less than one star I would. They will nickel and dime you the entire time.

Knowledgeable staff, always friendly. They installed my furnace and air conditioning systems. Take care of any problem I have ever had in a very courteous and professional mannet.

Tech was amazing and so was the office staff. Just know, you have to pay when tech leaves. I didn't leave a check home because I didn't know that.

Best choice I made in a long time, weve been putting off having a whole new hvac system put in for a long time and we finally had one installed. The installers were exceptional and went above and beyond to ensure all work done was precise and complete. Having strangers in your home working is a new experience for us but these guys were awesome. They were polite, answered any and all questions and kept things clean as they performed their install of equipment,floor and wall vents. They took the time to explain all work being performed as they went and how the system works and preventative maintenance. This was a large project and expense for us but after completion it was all well worth it to have a very nice reliable system in our home for years to come. Thank You Baird Heating and Cooling!!!
