Leaps & Bounds HVAC

This process started with our consultation from Bob. He was very friendly when he came out and didn’t push us into purchasing anything, simply answered all of the questions we had and explained that this being the offseason, if we had a job done sooner it would cost us less. I wanted it mainly for the A/C in the summer. The house doesn’t have central air and I was planning on a box unit, however I was told that a mini-split would be cheaper in the long run. The heating bill was also through the roof as the house relies on baseboard heaters, and we were told and saw online that this would be exponentially cheaper. We also had a consult from a separate company done and the price that Leaps & Bounds gave was much cheaper and the other company wanted to run the wiring along the outside of the house as opposed to Leaps & Bounds who ran the wiring through the house via the attic. We live in the woods, so wildlife and the elements are always a concern here, and having everything run through the house seemed the much more sustainable and “natural” looking method. After we made the final decision, Chris and Nash came out a week and a half later to install. We were told it would take all day, and it did indeed, starting at 7am and going until just before 5. They were both very friendly and you can see the job they did in the photos below. When I first saw it, it looked like a natural part of the home that was always there. No loose wires and the outdoor unit looked tight and neat. With a big snowstorm on the way, it’ll really be put to the test with how the outdoor portion holds up. We have high hopes!

They put a furnace and two mini splits in. They cleaned our floors were They were working. Very respectful. They made sure we had heat by the first day. Very pleased with there work

We were looking to replace our very old oil boiler system. With the help of Bob we decided to switch to a propane/natural gas furnace with Leaps and Bounds. Isaac, Nathan, Jovani and JD were extremely polite, respectful and professional the entire time they were here. There was a small hiccup and they had another tech come out the next day to fix it, no charge. Would highly recommend working with this company!

Isaac, Chris, and Jared did an absolutely phenomenal job on my heat pump install. They went above and beyond, crawling through tight, awkward spaces to make sure everything was done the right way and optimized for my home. The entire team was efficient, professional, and extremely kind throughout the day. They completed a full replacement and install in one day, and the quality of the work really shows. I couldn’t be happier with the service. Highly recommend this team — they deserve all five stars.

We went without heat for 2 weeks, using electric heaters. I called a few different HVAC guys, filled out a form online. I'm so glad I did! They got a hold of me very quickly and offered next day estimates (which was a Saturday). Everything was explained to me in which I was aware I needed a new oil furnace. I was set up and in less than a week my new furnace was installed. I feel like I got a good deal wth a service contract upgrade! (I had 1 estimate come in lower, however that company had poor reviews and their customer responder was kind of rude when I asked a question) they lost the sale. *Now about the installers- We had Nate & Conor 🙂 They were the most respectful young men i have run into in many years, very polite, Knowledgeable about their job, respectful of furniture, and they even cleaned wall around new thermostat, and placed floor covers on the carpet. I was initially worried as I have 2 dogs (huskies) very friendly and not everyone takes to dogs! My dogs enjoyed the attention they received when the young men had to go in and out of my house. They stopped to pet and talk to them. The new furnace was installed in a timely manor with friendly, knowledgeable service guys. They made sure i knew how to set my new electronic thermostat before they left and if I had any questions to call the office. Highly recommend their company Ask for Nate & Conor
