Sitler and Lemon is the best in minisplit units. People are friendly,caring, and fast service. Found the problem right away, that other people could not diagnose. Had Motta heating install originally. Poor installation. Had problems with unit from day one. Called Sitler and Lemon. They knew things weren't done correctly. Replaced everything that Motta done. Couldn't be happier the way our minisplit is operating. It never worked for us before like it should of. Now that Sitler came out and found all the problems from other installer, it is running and doing the job that it's suppose too. Sitler & Lemmon has been my heating/cooling company for 32 years. When I worked in Ellwood City our company used them all the time so I knew how good they were. When I moved to New Castle they were the first people I called for yearly furnace checks then to replace the AC. They are reasonably priced, respond quickly, listen to what I have to say, answer my hundreds of questions, honest, & don’t try to sell you stuff. My furnace is at least 50 yrs old, they do the yearly check & change the filter every fall. Bret our technician is great at keeping it running in perfect order. When the old furnace finally breaks down I will be calling them for the replacement. They are a mom & pop shop that I hope never retire. We need more companies like them. M Cirelli

We lost our AC on a very hot summer day. I called Sitler and Lemmon and spoke to a very nice receptionist who was very sympathetic to our situation. The service men stopped over in less than 30 mins from my initial call to the office. They got us up and running in minutes, and for a very reasonable cost. Excellent service all around.

This is the first Heating and air-conditioning company that I had a positive experience with. We had a technician promptly and repairs made in under an hour. I would highly recommend them. The went over and above our expectations coming back the next day to clean the air-conditioning unit.

Our electric went out on 12/23 and our furnace is electric so that also went out. When the power came back on it was late and we didn't realize the furnace wasn't kicking on until around 1am. We called sitler and Lemmon 1st thing in the morning a wonderful lady answered right away and got us in that day(Xmas eve) we called about 5 different places and not one place answered. The tech came out 3hours later. He fixed the issue and even went out back to the shop for some parts we needed. He was so kind and courteous and fixed the issue under an hour, I believe his name was Chris. The price was also extremely fair being as we were an emergency same day call. We will definitely be calling back if we ever need furnace work again. THANK YOU CHRIS AND SITLER AND LEMMON! You guys literally saved our Christmas and I will be forever grateful!!!!!!

Needed to replace our central A/C system. Gabe came out the same day we called and gave us an estimate within hours. Due to the age of our system, we decided to replace both the A/C and furnace at the same time. The entire project was completed within days. The job was done professionally, they were a pleasure to work with, and we would gladly recommend them.

Very honest, professional and responsive. My furnace quit working and they came out the following morning. The techs were very polite and respectful. It can be tough to deliver the news to someone that they need a system replacement. The system was 25 years old so it wasn't too much of a surprise. Shortly after, their boss came out and gave me a very fair estimate. He was very honest about what needed changed and what wouldn't. The price he quoted me was super competitive as well, within hundreds of dollars of my other estimates. I ultimately did go with another installer, based more on equipment preference rather than price.
