Jeff's HVAC

We have been loyal customers for 5 years. They installed our unit when we moved in and maintained it annually. We had a few issues with the thermistor over the years and it never really was resolved by the technicians. We had an issue last week with the thermostat control and opted to wait until the week day to have it looked at rather than pay the weekend price. A technician arrived but had no ability to diagnose the issue correctly. He sat in our driveway for 6 hours allegedly waiting for technical support because he didn’t know how diagnostic the alarms fault, We were charged almost $400 for him to sit there for almost a full work day doing nothing. Furthermore, he suggested the thermostat wire to the air handler unit needed to be replaced, when it actually was not the issue; the wall unit just needed to be replaced, because the thermostat electronic board had a loose contact, we called other company explained the situation they verified the integrity of the communication cable and sold us a the same thermostat for $145 and corrected the problem in 25 minutes,They were going to charge another almost $600 to replace wire that didn’t need to be replaced. I can only imagine how much a replacement thermostat would have cost if we had them do it. It’s unconscionable to me that after years of loyal service they would treat repeat customers this way with zero regard for their satisfaction just for lock of knowledge in they field technicians department in the product they sale.

Jeff’s HVAC installed central air in my home in April 2024. The system included the installation of ducted air conditioning for the upstairs and downstairs and a mini split for my family room which is on a cement slab. Jeff’s by far was the best price quote I received for the system. From start to finish Jeff’s crew did a fantastic job with the installation of the system. They were extremely knowledgeable and professional. They were always willing to answer any questions that I had during the installation. On several occasions during the cooling season, I had some questions regarding my system and Jeff’s staff was extremely responsive to my needs. It is nice to know that you can count on them to continue their excellent service after the system has been installed. They will now be my go-to HVAC Company in the future. I would recommend Jeff’s to anyone. There service is second to none.

We just had a mini split system installed by Jeff’s HVAC. What a great experience! The guys who did the work were very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain what was being done and why. They took care to keep things clean as they worked; the installation of the units inside and the heat pump outside was done with care and looks great. All questions we had were quickly answered and they didn’t leave until we understood the basics of this new system. They did an excellent job and I highly recommend this company for hvac installations or service. It was a pleasure having them work in our home.

I recently had a problem with one of two heat pumps that Jeff’s HVAC installed. One of the units they installed a few years ago, and I have never had any issues or problems with it. It heats my home comfortably in the winter and cools my home in the summer. The second unit was only two and half years old and I had problems with it from year one. The back of the unit kept accumulating thick ice on really cold days. Jeff to the rescue!!! His team worked on the unit last year and it seemed like the problem was fixed. But late this winter the problem started again. He promptly replied and replaced the unit free of charge for me!! Jeff and his wife Janet are wonderful people who really step up when people need it most. The crew at Jeff’s HVAC are friendly, professional, knowledgeable and courteous. They went ABOVE AND BEYOND to ensure they had a satisfied customer. I cannot say enough good things about Jeff’s HVAC. Without a doubt, there is ONLY ONE company that I would trust with heating and air conditioning my home…Jeff’s HVAC!!! If I could give them 10 stars, I would!!

This is the second time we used Jeff’s HVAC and we can’t say enough great things about them. We had to replace our old, outdated unit and everyone has been so helpful and informative throughout the whole process. We were provided with multiple options and had all of our questions answered to ensure we were making the best decision for us. The installation was quick and the team was awesome. We will definitely continue to use Jeff’s HVAC any time we have a need.

Nothing but great things to say about Jeff and his team. I've had them at my house for a few different issues and they've done great work every time. Jeff himself has been over on a few occasions for estimates and difficult issues and his team is always professional and good people. Nick and Sean have been great, and I would recommend them to anyone as they are honest, straight forward, and will work with you to meet your needs.

I had an issue with my furnace and they got someone out to me the very next day. Dustin came around 3pm and Shawn came later to help. They identified the issue and stayed until it was fixed (8 pm!!!). They were polite and very considerate of the fact that I was taking care of my baby. They would come up and down the stairs quietly and slowly to prevent him from waking from his nap!! Unfortunately my furnace needs to be replaced (not surprised) but they got my heat working temporarily and were so great. Thank you sooo much, very happy and appreciative of their hard work. Hopefully the furnace replacement goes well, too! Editing to add that Jeff came out this morning to evaluate our furnace and give a recommendation/estimate for replacement. While we are deciding to most likely hold off on replacing we will most definitely use Jeff's HVAC when the time comes to replace our system. He was extremely kind and gave all kinds of information. He even came on a Saturday morning. Great people.

I’ve had great experience with Jeff’s HVAC. I’m a widow and the personnel are always helpful and courteous. I’ve had issues over the years and they are quick to handle ANY issue that arises. The technicians explain everything in terminology that a layman can understand. I would highly recommend this local company!!

I recently hired Jeff HVAC to install a new furnace, and I must say that I was thoroughly impressed with the professionalism and quality of their service. The workmen turned up at my door with a gift bag with coffee and coffee mugs. I was blown away this company top tier business ethics. The workmen were not only knowledgeable and efficient, but they also demonstrated a high level of respect for my property. They went above and beyond to ensure that the job was done to the highest standard, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Unfortunately not a great experience for me. Asked for a service to check up on things for a house a just bought, service was scheduled and service was done fine, thermostat needed to be replaced which I asked to be done. After paying, noted I had been charged over 500 dollars for a thermostat and for it to be installed over my old one. The exact same thermostat being installed is less than 80 dollars in the store. Even with labor and installation there is no way charging nearly 400 dollars more for the same Thing that can be bought in the store. I contact them to find out why I was charged more than 400 dollars for something that should have costed less than 80 dollars. They said they would look into it. I got feedback saying they are still looking into it once after I called multiple times. Now, probably weeks later and after numerous attempts of me leaving messages with answering department and calling back myself to main number, I have heard nothing and no feedback as to why I was charged such an outrageous amount for this. This is really not acceptable and not a great way way to start a reputation as a business for a new customer who is also new to the area. Disappointed.

I have just had a new heater installed in my home. Jeff's hvac are the best. The two installers stayed late until the job was completed. A great big thank you to Mark and Ryan. I am proud to recommend Jeff's hvac. Also, the Ladies in the office are top notch. Thank you again for everything.

Jeff's HVAC is an awesome company built on honesty and fairness. I have had them at my home several times and they ALWAYS exceed my expectations and have always been reasonable and efficient as well as CLEAN. I can't say enough about them, and I am in the building trade for 38 years and know good work when I see it. I HIGHLY recommend Jeff's HVAC, they are always on time and always keep a good communication with customer.

I had my compressor replaced by them under warranty but they charged me $2400 labor for 6 hours that the tech was here plus an additional $930 for 10 lbs. of freon but only used 8 ,& it only costs $15 a lb so they are marking it up 600% that's crazy & when I emailed Jeff his reply was we are a black diamond distributor , so I guess that gives him the right to grossly overcharge me? Also I tried getting an estimate before they came but the woman in the office said the tech would have the price & she didn't know, so I took off a day from work to get this done & with the hot weather upon us I had no choice but to have them do it. I will say that Dustin the tech who came was great he was very knowledgeable, respectful, & cleaned up any mess it's because of him I gave the 3 stars . Anyway push to get an estimate from them before having them come to do the repairs.

I had a Mitsubishi HVAC system installed 3 years ago and it is doing fine. Some issues with my added on humidifier but Jeff's Hvac was there to help out. It's nice having a professional installation and the piece of mind by follow up service if needed. Nick

I can’t say enough good things about Dan and Ryan who installed my mini split. Not only did they do a fantastic job with the installation, but they went above and beyond under some pretty unusual circumstances. While installing my unit, they stumbled upon a bird's nest with one angry mother bird, then got stung by a bee after disturbing a hive. It sounds like something out of a nature documentary, but these guys handled it like absolute pros. Despite all the unexpected wildlife, they stayed calm, professional, and got the job done efficiently. If you're looking for a team that’s not only skilled but can handle anything nature throws their way, these are your guys. Highly recommend!

We had a new central air conditioner put in by Jeffs. They did an amazing job. The crew were very professional and polite. Also had the best prices. I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you to Jeff and the crew.

This company met and exceeded my expectations as I attempted to provide a cooling and heating system in my newly purchased home. Communication was easy and reliable. So after so many no shows by other HVAC people and the ones that did show never got back to me with an estimate (why they ever did show I don't know), Jeff showed up promptly and was prepared to give an estimate on the spot and did. Also gave me interest free for 5 years for Mitsubishi mini split system. Work was done in one day with everything explained on usage of the system. 2 years in and no issues. Professional, reliable, and no b.s. !

Dustin was great! He called before he arrived at our house, was super professional while he was here, and took the time to explain how much everything would cost before he fixed our problem. Not to mention, Dustin also gave us a quick 101 on our to use our AC unit before he left. We are super happy with our service!

beginning last year, when I had to replace my forced air propane furnace, I've found this company to be knowledgeable and very professional. Recently they even sent me a reminder its time to service (maintenance). They arrive in the time frame promised and call first before to actually confirm their time of arrival. Jeff’s team worked quickly, efficiently and cleanly to install our heat pump. They delivered everything that was promised and responded quickly to our questions. The team was friendly and pleasant. Very glad we found them through word of mouth.

You can't ask for better people to install, service and answer your HVAC questions. I would and have recommended Jeff's to all my friends and family and they have been very happy. Will continue using Jeff's.

I had an issue with my condensate pump and air handler during a heat wave. They were able to fit me into their busy schedule, arrived on time and solved my problem. I will definitely be using them for all of my HVAC services.
