Great company. The woman who is at reception was very nice and sent someone out quickly. Had some issues where aqua fell short. Josh the tech showed up and fixed the issues, he was great, zero complaints!

Every year we dread the yearly cleaning and maintenance of my mom’s oil furnace because of all the soot cleanup required in the basement after the technician departs. This year we had Kevin Powell, an experienced and knowledgeable technician from Bloom Heating LLC, work on the unit. He did an exemplary job both servicing the furnace and keeping the mess to a minimum. THANK YOU!!! We will be sure to request you for next year.

Two times they terminate you through " "inactivity" once when my dad died and than now in 2025 they claim In active since 2023. Only 2 years. They also cause more damage than good. My best friend at WEGMANS RSC had a tech 2 weeks ago named JUSTIN. has pics of oil in his basement destroying the floors walls. After he "fixed it" it busted when he left oil everywhere. They are a SHADOW of their former selves.

Probably not the best idea to be driving super aggressively in a work van with the business name attached to it… literally just seen a van with this business on it cutting people off and driving super aggressively.. not a very professional look.

I rarely post reviews but I was so thoroughly impressed with the service and experience that I had to post one. I recently moved to the area and needed a refill of oil, they had me on the schedule for the next day. When I couldn't get it started later they sent someone out to bleed it (I had an empty empty tank that caused the problem when refilled) and get it going again. I then had the unfortunate luck to then have the boiler's pressure relief valve blow out that night (the previous owner was a landlord who didn't exactly take care of the house) causing the mess in the picture. I finally called them the next morning after trying to troubleshoot myself and they had a tech out the same day to replace the valve. I'm super happy with the experience and they've gained a loyal customer as long as I live here. thanks ☺️

Awful first (and last) time customer. Had a specific part needing replaced, indicated that when appt. was made. Tech was 3hrs late from time provided. Showed up without the part, later found a 'used' one in his van. Sat in my driveway for over 40 mins. throughout appt., also said he had to 'go back to the shop' twice, once sitting in driveway for 20 mins., next was leaving for 10 mins., then sat in driveway another 10 mins. Tore apart wall thermostat, which wasn't a problem. Husband came home from work, had tech show him the replacement unit, and husband pointed out it was wired wrong. Tech had wired it wrong! So for the 3hrs he was there, should have been maybe 1hr of work had he known what he was doing. He then re-wired it and it worked....I get billed for 3hrs! THEN woman manager argued with me over the bill when I called to say there's no way I'm paying for their tech's incompetence and I'd agree to pay for 1hr. She was SUPER rude even after I pointed out how rude she was being to me. This was not my fault and the tech coming and going, sitting in my driveway, not bringing a part, then finding it, wiring it wrong, tearing apart my wall unit for no reason...... I'm sorry, I am not paying for 3hrs of him not actually performing the job. Unreal, more upset over the woman manager being so rude and not even wanting to listen. She over-talked me, raised her voice so I couldn't talk, and even snickered when I said I knew the owner and went to school with him and I'm sure he wouldn't appreciate how she treated customers! Never again. I even got charged for a new part when the tech flat-out told me it was used and he found it in his van!

Called to have our oil furnace looked at (puttering like it wanted to shut off, even with full tank of oil) and a gentleman was sent out pretty quickly, he was in the basement looking at it for some time and eventually came up saying the issue should be resolved...great!!...problem solved!! Got a bill for $165. Only the problem wasn't solved, if anything it got worse. Called again, explained the situation, gentleman was sent out fast, he was in the basement for what seemed like only a half hour and came up saying he found the issue, which he did..he replaced the needed parts and problem solved!! A week later I get a bill for $251! Even after I explained the first gentleman did nothing but replace parts that didn't need replaced. All in all I spent $416 for a $251 fix. This is a business that wants your money, not your continued support, because they DEFINITELY lost mine

We have been out of oil for the last 2 days and have 2 toddlers. It states they deliver 24 hrs. I called to get oil delivered but because we haven't used their business before they said we don't qualify to get it delivered on a weekend. I mean we found a much better place/business to give our money to any way ✌️

Great people. A pleasure to deal with. I get my heating oil from them and they also check and fix my oil burner twice a year. Would definitely tell anyone that needs oil or work done to give them a call.

I called because of a busted pipe they showed up 2 days later "fixed the pipe" then when the tech turned my system back on the same pipe blew out again immediately and I had to pay for it then they said it was from an internal issue and that they would have to come back they said something is broken then another then just tacked everything onto the bill now I owe over $1000 because of a busted pipe and my heat still doesn't work

I called last Tuesday too late for delivery and was put off until this Tuesday and then they forgot about me ill be out of oil if I have to wait until next week

Over 2 hours working on furnace and only charged 115.00...thay included replacing nozzle, filter and screen, cleaning and vacuuming...was expecting a much higher bill....and their oil deliveries are always on time ...thank you Bloom Heating

I haven't had any issues the last 4 years l been using their services it's done over the phone and Aways delivered on time

They would not even consider helping us .because we did not have service before .So I went with A much Nicer Better Company .
