I would recommend John Sacchetti from TE Spall for all your plumbing needs. He replaced our septic sewage line and was accurate about the quoted price. He was friendly, professional, courteous and patient when answering all our questions. He takes pride in his work and left no mess. We are always happy with TE Spall staff. We use them for our central air conditioning, plumbing and heating. No complaints yet.

I called TE Spall on a Sunday because of a leaking water heater. Their plumber was here within an hour and arranged for a new water heater to be installed the following Monday. Marc spent half the day removing the old unit and replacing it with a new unit. TE Spall's cost was reasonable, the service provided was exceptional, and their professionalism was outstanding! At a time when prices for services are so high, TE Spall offers the best product for me at the best price out there! I recommend this company over every plumbing company near me!

Received a very quick response following my request on their website. Marc was a very professional on both visits, first to go over what I wanted done, and second with the install. He was also very respectful of my home, very neat and tidy, wore foot protection, and ensured that I was satisfied. Very happy with the level of customer service!!!

This company knows what they are doing and how to treat customers. They are technically very competent but it’s when something goes wrong that you really learn about a company. They stand behind their products and services without question or reservation and truly put the the customer's needs first.

I don’t even know where to start or what to say. Our Rheem combi boiler was installed by holbrook heating. During Covid they decided they would no longer service our unit that has had issues since the day they installed it. They came to fix it at least once a month for 2 years. 5 other companies came to our house and said sorry we can’t help. Te spall came 4 times. The first time they gave us some ideas on what’s wrong with the system so we could do our own repairs to save money. After the repairs were done, they came out to service our whole house water system, then they came out to service the combi boiler and found another issue that could be affecting the heat not working (gas pressure). They fixed that. The issue still occurred but not as often, we called again and the 4th time their tech Kyle came out and we think!!! solved the problem. Heat and hot water have been working flawlessly for 2 days. Our system has not worked this well since it was installed. We are beyond thankful for your company and your technicians!!! Thank you for sticking with us and solving the problem when every other company walked away and wouldn’t help!!

I'm very happy with my new heating/cooling mini splits system. The installation was great and work was completed ahead of time. Every aspect of the install went well. I would highly recommend this company to anyone due to the quality of work they did, as well as their knowledge of their products and their professionalism. thank you guys for everything.
