Automatic Heating & Air Conditioning

Everyone I dealt with here was friendly, but their communication is terrible. Had a tech come out to look at my unit. It's an older one, so he doesn't know if they'll have a part to fix it, but says they will call me that same day and let me know. No call. I call back in a few days, tell the office lady my story, she says she has to ask the tech about it, but will call me back. Again, no call. First time I've been ghosted by a business lol. Took my business to someone that actually wants it.

Thank-you Sue for your quick response to my call during the Christmas holiday. Dave was out a short time after and he and Bob explained I needed a new furnace. Although the furnace still was operating Bob and Dave explained it was time to replace it. That was New Years eve, they were at my house early the day after New Years to install the new furnace. Jason & Herb (hope I got the names correct) were the installers and did a great job and in a timely manner. I highly recommend Automatic Heating for any furnace needs. They truly care about their customers.

Had entire heating and ac unit replaced. Had entire unit installed and working in one day. Good people from office personnel to men that got old unit running and able to use till new unit was available. They do go the extra mile for you.would have no problem recommending this company

Do you like making appointments 4 days in advance only to end up with a last minute call telling you to wait 4 more days for that estimate and that your install would probably not be for two or three more weeks!!!! If so THIS IS YOUR PLACE. The receptionist could care less and offered no solution such as coming another evening at another time since my appointment was after working hours anyways. Instead she hands the phone to someone that answered as if they had just been woken up. BRAVO GUYS. way to keep a 10 year client ready to pay for a new unit.

My central air unit died. Bob came out on the Saturday before Labor Day to look at it. I ordered a new unit (which they couldn't order until Tuesday because of the holiday) and it was installed by Wednesday afternoon. They had a booked schedule but squeezed it in for me when they got done early doing another install, and it only took a day and a half from ordering the unit for it to be installed and running!!! Great business, great employees. I recommend this business very highly.

After my mother had a bad experience with another local company, my cousin recommended that we change to Automatic Heating. And they were wonderful. From Sue at the front desk to the gentleman who came and reexamined my mother's furnace. They are our place from now on!!

Automatic Heating & Air provides quality service each and every time we call them. They are punctual, responsive, and, of most importance to me, trustworthy. Equally important, you never get the feeing that they are trying to charge you for services you don't need. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Not helpful. Called and set up an appointment (2 available openings that day) and needed some help adding some leak sealent and charging my ductless system. After setting up an appointment, i got a call later that day that they don't want to work on my system because they didn't install it and it would be "difficult to work with" and they are very busy with calls right now. Its an A/C system just like all the rest, weather they installed it or not! And I already had an appointment scheduled, so it shouldn't matter how busy you are! I was amazed at their lack of even trying to help. They came off to me as very amateur and I'll stick with the companies that have gladly worked on my system in the past.....surprisingly, they didn't install it either but are more than willing to help.

Truly disappointing. I needed a $15 dollar part for my furnace, and the woman was nice enough to provide it to me. When I got there, she told me that it cost $90! I expected a mark up, but this was extreme. When I pointed it out, she changed her story, and said that they could sell it for $75. I really needed the part, and had already driven a ways to get it, so I paid it. The KICKER: once I paid, she sent me 3 blocks down the road to a store where the sell the part for $18 Bucks! It made me sick to be so obviously taken advantage of. "Fool me once" I guess. I only hope that their service calls are better than what I experience.

Automatic Heating and AC is reliable, professional and gets the job done. They have been my "go-to" company for years. Always available for emergencies - like the time our furnace broke on an extremely cold weekend (-4 degrees)
