Climate Control HVAC

A friend recommended Martin after I received an outrageous estimate from another company. He was extremely efficient and professional. Got the job done for a quarter of my original estimate. I will not be using anyone else again.

Martin came out same day, and was determined to get my older unit working properly, and did not leave until it was. He has alot of experience and is an owner operator. Inwould not recommend anybody else and will never call anybody else for hvac needs. I had two prior companies come out and improperly diagnose and not finish the job. Leaving me hanging and wasting my time and money. Im thankful for a technician like this. Learn from me. Call climate control first. Save your money.

Called about furnace issues and they came out the next day, fixed the problem right away and were very kind. Turned out to be a simple fix and they did not charge me for their time. They answered my questions, as this is a new house for me and I have never had a furnace. Both were very kind and I highly recommend them. I will use them from here on out.

Unfortunately for Ray, he was the third company I called in here to find and fix my problem.  By the time I got him on the phone I was not only bugged by the problem, but also extremely annoyed that I had already paid 2 other company's to do the same thing! What Ray did, that no one else did, was check out my entire SYSTEM, NOT just the inside furnace.  He was extremely thorough and because of that the problem was corrected.  The service call cost was the same as other places around here however I got WAY more from Ray than I did with the first 2.  I believe the problem was that one, or both, of the outside vents moved/shifted just enough to allow exhaust fumes to leach inside, through walls/crevices/window sill...  The bigger 'mess' was that normally I should've had internal exhaust problems that got worse as the furnace really heated up, but that wasn't the case here...which confused me completely.  I knew I smelled exhaust but only when the temps went up a bit.  I didn't smell it (or get the dull headache and mild nausea) during the night when my furnace was working harder than during daylight hours.  Because Ray pulled and checked the outside vents, found nothing and put them back, THAT one step corrected the internal exhaust problems! I think that the extra heat when the furnace was working harder was just enough to expand the metal vent(s) enough that it's was only after the furnace cooled down, and the vents would then contract, and then after awhile the furnace would kick back on that I had the internal exhaust problem.  There is NO proof of my theory, EXCEPT that I don't smell ANY exhaust today.  I'm not even sure if Ray would agree with my 'assessment' of what happened.  I just know that it was his thoroughness that fixed it!! <br />

Service was good. Price was a little high but work was good. Good guy.
