Carlos called me the next morning, and sent 2 technicians over. At several points during their stay, they were video call with Carlos discussing the situation. They found a solution and explained to me carefully what they were doing, what the next step is if this step would prove inefficient. Their price was reasonable. Carlos called me several days later to check on the system, and gave me additional advice. I would hire them again.

You absolutely need to hire these guys for whatever heating/cooling project is on your list. We had been ghosted by 4 HVAC companies in 9 months. Carlos Jr. called me at 9AM and by 4:30PM I not only did I have a working AC but I had an all new and upgraded unit. I am so impressed by their quick and QUALITY work. They were kind and understanding.

In the middle of the night on 2/2/22 during a snowstorm, my furnace went out. I texted Carlos at 7am, and by 10:30am he had replaced the blower motor, and I had heat. Besides that, my furnace is running more quietly than it's ever run before. Very impressive.

I hired Full Efficiency to do the spring tune up for our central AC. Carlos was such a lucky find. He arrived promptly for both the estimate and day of work. He was very deliberate and took his time assessing the situation, which quite frankly, was difficult to assess. His quote was a very fair price for the materials and hours of labor required to install additional insulation to our ducts. He also brought plenty of materials to carefully cover my furniture before work began. Most importantly, he was extremely patient while dealing with some frustrating building politics and insurance requirements. I will definitely call on Carlos in the future and recommend him to my personal network.

This is the place to go - all others told me I would have to pay at least $2,800 for a new compressor or up to $4,000 to get a new unit, all just to get my A/C working. Carlos took a few quick looks and sized this up at about $290 for some minor tweaking. Saved the day.

Honest, reasonable, timely & has done work for my family for 15 years. New HVAC unit recently completed. What can I say about Full Efficiency and Carlos? I have been using them for a decade and my entire family for longer. Carlos always puts the customer first, whatever it takes. As an example my HVAC unit had begun to drip & rust. Most companies would just call it normal conditions, and run. Not Carlos. He called the manufacturer and went to bat for me. A few weeks later I learned that Full Efficiency was able to convince the manufacturer to replace my unit at minimal cost. There are few if any companies that would have taken the time or even cared. Most in fact, would try to sell you a new unit. Again that's not the way Carlos works if you need a new HVAC unit he'll tell you. If all it needs is a repair, he'll tell you that too.
