I can’t say enough about what a good experience it was. I actually sent a message thru the website and received a message that it would be maybe 24hrs before I received a reply because it was after hours. Instead, I was contacted the same evening and received an appointment to get a quote the next day! And now, just 2 days after I contacted them, I have a mini split installed and running like a dream. You should definitely take the opportunity to do business with Steve and his team.

I have my AC and furnace installed by these folks and they are truly does a great job. I called them and their responded time was outstanding, they were able to come out the next day for my services. Within a short period of troubleshooting and diagnose of my issue with my AC and furnace, I decided to have them put in a new new system. They got all the parts in within a day and installed. The installation went well and have it completed in a half day with no issue. The new unit was a little pricey but you get what you pay for. Overall, I strongly recommend their friendly team with any kind of AC and heating services. I did have a great time and knowing more about my system now after having their services.

These guys do good work. Steve is a really great person. I never met his technicians personally but my wife said they were very courteous and kind. I recommend these to everyone to call in the area.

We had scheduled the installation of two new units and furnaces and fortunately for us he was able to complete the installations several days ahead of schedule. We had also planned a few days to complete all the work needed but somehow Steve and his crew was able to complete all work within a couple days and completed to our satisfaction. Steve and his crew were very professional throughout the entire installation process. The consultation process was straight to the point and Steve laid out multiple options/routes for me to take. This job was a complete demo of the old system, including duct work, and installing a new complete HVAC system and duct work. They answered any question I had and explained the work they were doing and why they were doing it. The impact of this new system was immediate. My power and gas bills are essentially cut in half and I don’t have to worry about what my thermostat is set at.

A few weeks ago, Action Heat and Air in Collinsville, OK. installed a minisplit system in my home. They also installed electrical components that the system needed to be hooked up to. Two other heat/ac companies that I got quotes from weren't able to do the electrical installation part. They said I would need to hire an electrician to do that part. I really liked that Action Heat and Air could do both jobs for me. It made things so much more seamless. During the install, the guys at Action Heat and Air were fast, friendly and knowledgeable, and when they were done, they cleaned up inside and out. The price for everything was fair and I was very pleased with their work. I highly recommend Action Heat and Air!

Amazing repair job done by Richard Berry! (Same last names but we’re not related) Richard answered my phone call on the first call, explained his schedule to me and found a way to meet me in the morning since I work nights. Once he arrived, he was fast, knowledgeable and super friendly. He quickly and honestly diagnosed a ruined capacitor. He had my system up and running in about 10 minutes on a hot summer day that’s going to be in the high 90’s. What a relief! The repair bill was very fair. And most importantly, Richard gave me an honest assessment instead of overcharging me for something that wasn’t really broken. I chose this place because it was local and had good reviews. Well here’s another good review for them. If you live in Owasso or near Collinsville, these are the guys you want to look at your HVAC system. Thanks so much Richard!

We had called another company who spent 4 hours to have a potential of what the issue was. We called Action, they were here in an hour, and Richard diagnosed and fixed the problem in half the time the other company tried, and at a fraction of the cost. He also explained everything as he went so I had a clear understanding of the issues and my options for repair, rather than just pushing replacement. We will definitely be using their service in the future.

Richard came out super late on a Saturday after my home warranty company jacked me around and finally let me find my own repairman. Got me fixed and running after about an hour. Ensured system was working and provided some maintenance tips. Hope I never have to see them again but when I do Action would be my first call.

Professionalism, Integrity, Diligence, Empathy I want everyone to know of the high quality people at Action Heat and Air of Collinsville. Of course, they have been great to work with in our normal household HVAC needs but we had a recent situation when problems came up where they really did shine. They did not give up in finding the problem and communicating with manufacturer regarding a new A/C unit warranty issue even though we did not purchase if from them and despite challenges and complications beyond their control.
