He was absolutely excellent! Rich came out shortly after we called to assess the situation. He had to get what was needed and gave a date for the work to be done. Came when he said he would, and accomplished the job quickly. He certainly works steadily, cleans up really well, and does not over charge. What a pleasure he is, and I would recommend him to anyone that needs plumbing work done in their home.

Rich was wonderful. He installed a new furnace without any difficulties. I will hire him again for any HVAC needs.

He came the one day and did it all and didn't stop and took the old one out you know it was great. <br /> <br /> I definitely told him that I was gonna refer him to my friends and family and I have. <br /> <br /> The first one I didn't know that I was gonna need a new furnace so we were working with the old one and he tried everything to just make the old one work so I wouldn't have to go with the expensive new one it was the inspector really that wasn't gonna have it but he was just everyday I could just sense and again I'm older so I've worked with a lot of contractors, he was special because he was truly concerned about me not spending too much money or getting taken from someone else, he was just real, he was just really concerned about what was gonna work for me without me paying too much.

He was excellent! He did everything. The pipes were extremely reasonable. I was dealing with a city inspector, and they wanted all of the counts. and he did all of that.  I was really amazed because he's a fairly young guy and I'm older. I even told him, whoever approach me about knowing a plumber I would give them his information because he was just that good. I told him I was going to keep his information in case I have any future issues. I gave all of his information to all of my friends and family. He was really good. He was on time all the time. I just can't say enough about him. This guy was really number one. He get in and get out and he was reasonably priced. Richardson's were very good. They were perfect. The city inspector had to approve it, he was a tough cookie, and once he approved it, the work was an "A''. I can recall one time he was 10 minutes late and he called. I told him 10 minutes is nothing. It took six weeks to complete. I told him he  did not have to clean and that I would clean it up. He said no.  I think just the little things like cleaning up and wiping things off when coming in. He would ask me how I want things. I like that he wanted my input. That was commendable. I just think the little things are important.

I hired Rich in March of this year and was very satisfied.  This time, my A/C stop working.  He came the same day I called and fixed the problem.  Excellent job, service, and just a very nice person! <br>

Rich was wonderful, he came almost after we called him on a Saturday morning when our furnace was out, it was very cold in our house, he is conscientious, very knowledgeable and reasonably priced – we definitely love working with him & have used him several times.
