I had a horrible experience. Mother board was replaced and it still didn’t work. He also overcharged me for the installation by $400 dollars. Had to bring in a certified Carrier repair technician and they they quickly assessed that it was a birds nest blocking the air intake which caused the pressure switch to malfunction. Do not call this repair person...save yourself $800 and call the certified pros for your specific Brand HVAC.

Lenny had no idea what he was doing! Could not do the job and was here for 2hours trying to get the unit apart. Finally I told him that I would get someone else to do it. He did however only charge me $20 for a can of spray.
