Our geothermal heat pump and air handler system was old and not operating efficiently. After reviewing a few quotes for replacing the system we chose Hometown Heating do to the price, the system that they recommended, and the time frame that they stated they would have it completed. Hometown replaced all components on time, were very professional and courteous. Walt the foreman of the crew answered all of the many questions knowledgeably and quickly Joe the owner called as the crew was finishing to make sure that were were satisfied with the work and to ask if we had any questions. We are extremely happy with the new system and with Hometown Heating.

We hired Hometown Heating to fabricate and install a hot air plenum and cold air return for the new wood furnace for our home. Hometown Heating removed our aging geothermal heat pump and installed a new geothermal heat pump in our home. Fast install during the hottest week of the summer. Everything from the initial estimate to install was professional, friendly and exceeded our expectations. The owner even replied to emails on the weekends! Great family owned company and respectful staff that even wore booties in and out of our home. Julie was very attentive to emails and very friendly on the phone for scheduling. Hometown Heating is a terrific local company with trustworthy employees who have always done a great job servicing my Water Furnace geothermal system. Our house was built with geothermal but the company that installed the original unit had no idea what they were doing and did not install a powerful enough unit. Joe Bolan gave us wonderful advice about upgrading from our existing 3 ton to a 4 ton Water Furnace unit and how our home is heated and cooled as it always should have been! I'm so grateful to Joe and his crew for doing such a wonderful job on our install and for always being there to help us maintain.

HE WAS ON ROOF FOR 2 HRS IN VERY HOT WEATHER FIXED THE PROBLEM AND ONLY CHARGED $60. HE WAS VERY NICE AS WELL. MOST IMPRESSED.
