Gault did a fantastic job. I moved into a new home and had their technician come out and check the furnace. He did a thorough check and gave me some tips about the furnace. I was very impressed that he did not try and "jack up" the service price and tell me about unnecessary things that needed upgraded or replaced. The technician's name was Jesse. He was friendly, knowledgeable and very professional. The customer service people always answered the phone promptly and arranged the appointment for the next day.

They installed a new H/H furnace and A/C unit in my home and it has a noticeable difference already. The old unit was undersized and looked like some 8 year old installed it, the new equipment is first class. But now with properly sized ductwork the home is much more comfortable. You only get what you pay for.

I met with glen to get and estimate on a new furnace and ac. He informed me of a program I qualified for since I'm a certain gas company customer he saved me $400 right there on top of the $350 Angie's list discount. The install went smooth the installers were professional. After the job was near completion glen stopped by again to make sure everything was up to his standards. I highly recommended them. <br />

They did it all in one day and they were efficient. We were told one of the guys was new. There was a small leak in the system, but they came back the same day and fixed it. Their price was very competitive.

y.I called this company on a Tuesday morning a little after 8 am after it started hitting 80 in my house and the a/c unit obviously had a problem.  My house is 8 years old and I had no contact for an a/c repair person, never called this company before.  The lady who took my call got all my information and asked me if I wanted it looked at today.  I asked if that was going to cost more for same day service and was told no.  She told me their on call service tech would call me back as soon as we hung up to schedule an appointment.  I needed to know for sure when they were coming because I work some distance from home, so would not be easy for me to be at home waiting for someone.  I was called almost immediately and was told they could definitely be there that afternoon. <br /> They came, were knowledgeable about the issue, and fixed the unit in about 1/2 hour and had it up and running.  It needed re-charged and was about 1/4 low on coolant.  No wonder since it had not been touched for about 7 years.  Today it was very hot outside and sunny, and my a/c is running better than it has for quite some time.  At 6 pm, we are at least still at the temp set on the thermostat, which is way better than it has run all summer long.  Up until about 3pm or so it was still kicking off and on so it has held its ground most of the day now. <br />

The technician troubleshot the problem and checked with the manufacturer. Manufacturer suggested replacing the furnace motor with a faster one. The motor was replaced under partial warranty. The whining stopped.

Received a call letting me know it was time for checkup.  Arrived promptly, completed work professionally and promptly.  Service technician was very polite and professional.

They have always been good. We call them for our yearly maintenance. Everything turns out fine.
