Joe & his crew are fantastic. I've been working with them for over a decade now. Great people, great service. There are a lot of other HVAC companies out there that try to upsell you on replacement of equipment for fixable problems and these guys are just a honest, local company that tries to do good work. Don't fall for the marketing traps of the bigger companies out there, stick with the local guys!

Phil was great he fixed my oil boiler change the filter and nozzle. He cleaned up area when finished and waited to make sure there were no leaks and the furnace was working properly. Would call Miami Heating In the future if i had furnace or cooling problems.

Had Joe come out for an emergency diagnostic service. He was exceptional! Diagnosed my issue as a bad propane regulator which needed to be replaced by a propane company. After struggling with my furnace short cycling over the past two weeks Joe had diagnosed the issue within a few short minutes. I would definitely recommend this business, specifically Joe. Not only a fair price but great customer service. I chose this business based on reviews and price and it held true. Outstanding work and very thankful for Joe’s knowledge!

We have MH&C’s annual maintenance plan. Their service representatives are punctual, courteous and trustworthy. They all appear well trained, communicate what has been done, leave the area clean and wear shoe covers inside the house. Their bill is reasonably priced and easy to pay, and appointments are easy to schedule. Office staff are friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Miami Heating and Cooling.

The Tech was very efficient: repaired the oil furnace quickly. The biggest problem I had was with your non person answering service. She told me I didn’t have to pay the $150 after hours fee. Of course, I did because it was Sunday. Get a live person to take your emergency calls.

The tech did a great job, was very informative and polite. The only issues was that he replaced our thermostat with a new one we bought without telling us the cost up front. We were a little shocked when we got the final cost. So for added services remember to ask for price first!

It’s always a good experience dealing with Miami Heating & Cooling. Beginning with our installation of central air and heating (we had baseboard heating, no ducts). The city inspector who viewed their work after gave them high praise. Whenever I had an issue they have been responsive, weekday or weekend. I have loved all the guys that have come to our rescue or done our maintenance.
