They installed three new furnace and AC systems in two houses for me and I am beyond happy and satisfied with their services. Tim, the owner, could not be more dependable and professional. They also installed a mini split system for me and Ron did hide those copper lines in a custom designed fake gutters perfectly matched with my other gutters rather than using cheap covers sold in Amazon. Everyone who stops by at my house can’t believe that gutters are actually hiding the copper lines. I would strongly recommend this company to all home owners.

This business will not stand behind their work and are a danger to consumers.I am on oxygen with respiratory problems and my air went out in may i called and told them, the owner said my call wasnt a priority.Then i had to get somebody else to fix it,so when it came winter i had a free service call with the other company and being a senior citizen i used it.The result was that my furnace was installed wrong and has a cracked heat exchanger at 2 years old.I again called Quality and Michelle said she would get back with me after checking on parts.I waited 10 days and i still hadnt heard back and still havent now!!! The furnace was putting out 8ppm and could be affecting my breathing!!! So beware of the ones who dont care!!!!

A tech for this company insisted that my warranty did not cover work. He left me without fixing the issue during winter with two small children at home. He would not give me the phone number to Tim (the owner) so I could call and try and get to a solution tonight. The tech got in his van and would not correct the problem because he “wasn’t going to do any work without the warranty and parts.” Another company came to estimate work and they told us it was likely a disconnected sensor. But this guy refused to reconnect the sensor. As the man drove away he hit my arm with his mirror. Yes, I have it on video.

When I first called the lady was very nice and professional. When the technician arrived the next day, his disposition was not friendly. His face said one thing, his mouth seemed to be scripted. He told me what I needed and indicated that he needed to go get the part because he didn't have it on the truck. Mind you, my furnace is under full lifetime warranty and all parts covered. When he returned, I asked him how much the labor would be. He advised $125 for labor, parts covered, plus the $49.95 initial fee for coming out and diagnosing. He completed the job, furnace repaired. When he gave me the invoice, the initial fee was there, but the labor said $100 and then an additional charge of $25 for transportation. What??? I asked why this transportation fee is not covered in the initial $49.95 fee. He advised that was just for diagnosing and the additional $25 was because he had to go get the part. Because I began asking questions, he begin tossing his folder as if he were agitated. He started yanking/snatching items (for lack of a better word) out of his metal folder so I could pay. He shoved the credit card reader on his phone, then dropped the phone on the counter (intentionally). I handed him my credit card, he tossed it down next to his phone on the counter, he then ran my card through the reader. Once he saw the payment was completed, I reached out to take my card back and he literally tossed onto the counter on the other side of my hand. RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, AND NOW I'M AGGITATED. Once he left, I called the office back and the same lady who assisted with scheduling my appt answered the phone. When I told her I was inquiring about whether they conducted surveys, she immediately became the answering service. I was never informed I had to pay the additional fee for transportation, and I shouldn't have to because it is the technicians responsibility to stock his truck. The service was horrible, the response by the office became unprofessional and dishonest. I would rather spend my money with another company than utilize a lifetime warranty with poor service and questionable integrity.
