Legacy Heating & Cooling

We chose legacy because they were a young company and wanted to use local. That was a huge mistake. Sure, the furnace works but never have I seen such sloppy work. Had so many leaks coming out of the plenum, the AC isn't level, even after they used white landscaping rocks, which we didn't know they were going to use. Now I have white rocks all in my yard. Just overall disappointed with the entire transaction. Sold themselves, but did not deliver.

90* heat, called Legacy and Chris was there within half an hour. Was able to repair AC on the spot. I was very impressed with this young man and would highly recommend this company. Very refreshing to see a young person taking pride in his work and service.

I have had Legacy out to my house on two different occasions now. Both times I have found them to be fair, honest, well-priced, and friendly. This time Chris came out. As with the last service technician, he took the time to explain to me what he found and answer any questions. I was not charged a service fee this time because he said that the problem should have been caught the first time. That was very honest of him and I greatly appreciated it! I would recommend Chris and his Legacy team to everyone! They are the company I will use exclusively from here on out!

Chris Ellis took my call on a Friday night and said he would stop by Monday morning at 9:00am to fix the problem. At 9:00am on Monday Chris was at my door and within a few minutes determined that I needed a new water heater. After he made a call to have the parts and a new water tank ready for pickup, he left and returned in about an hour with what was needed to replace the old one. An hour later I had a new hot water tank and a happy wife! Chris Ellis is clean cut and very professional. Very happy with his service. 2nd time I've used him and always satisfied! He installed a home air conditioning unit for me a few years ago. You won't be disappointed with Legacy Heating and Cooling.

I called Legacy and spoke with Chris who was very accomodating. Their tech was available the next day and came out as scheduled. The problem was a bad induction motor and he promptly replaced it. The claim was paid by the Home warranty company immediately. We are very happy with the service and the outcome

After our 1970's air conditioner wouldn't kick on I called Legacy and he was available that day. He arrived on time and although the unit is old he said he could replace one part to make it run. I was not pressured into purchasing anything. The part was $150 and it has ran great ever since! Eventually we will need a new system but this part has bought us some time.

Chris did a excellent job. At no point did he try to up sale me on higher priced equipment. He showed up on time and did a great job. After the install he walked me through all the new equipment and even set up the new thermostat to notify him if there was any issues with the way the furnace was running. He cleaned up after the job was complete. I am very satisfied with his work and would highly recommend him. <br />
