I thought I was getting the run around with this company. I was wrong it was the home warranty company that was at fault. The warranty company was not communicating with me or with Northless. I believe Northless could have helped me with my problem if the warranty company would have given them a chance.

After trying to reach 4 other local HVAC companies and receiving either no call back or 2days later. Cory with Northless responded within an hour. He was willing to come out on a Sunday if needed. I instead scheduled for Tuesday. On Tuesday Kenny came and was professional and very much a straight shooter. He explained the issue. Offered me the best and most cost effective solution. 24 hrs later my AC is working better then ever. Highly recommended. Honest in both diagnosis and price.

I had an AMAZING experience working with Skylights R Us! From the owner, Brendan, to each employee I dealt with, they provided top notch customer service. They installed a couple skylights and later on, skylight blinds in my home. They were very responsive to all inquiries, answered all questions, and were just a complete pleasure to work with! For both installations the team arrived on time and completed the job within the time projected. I had a skylight installed in my house by Brendan and his team in October. The skylight was installed at a location that I had not approved - I was not present for the installation but Brendan had promised to check in with me before installing it, which he did not do. The skylight does not let in any sunlight which is what I had specifically asked for. It has been only a couple of months since the installation and the sides of the skylight tunnel between the roof and the ceiling are showing several cracks. I have asked Brendan to fix it but nothing has been done so far. I would not recommend Skylights R US at all.

Brendan and his team were excellent to work with. They answered all of my questions and left the workspace immaculate when they finished the job. My skylights were leaking and the new windows were delayed coming from the manufacturer, so they temporarily covered the windows to avoid any more rain coming in. It was a helpful short term fix! During install everyone was hardworking, detail oriented, and kind. I’d recommend them to anyone with skylights!

Great installation team. All worked well together and respected each others specialties. Still early days to be certain no leaks but so far so good. Slight de-coloration on the adjoining shingles which I will watch to see if it continues or washes away in the Spring. Brendan was a gem to work with and since each other member of the team was named Mike, I remembered all their names.

This was for adding motorized room-darkening skylight shades for two existing skylights in my home. Brendan returned my cal right away, explained my options thoroughly, and kept me informed through each step. In no time at all, he beautifully installed the shades and I am SO enjoying them!!!
