I called the office shortly after 8 in the morning and talked to Vicky (who answered the phone so nicely it literally made me smile) I told her I was having problems with my ancient boiler geting heat to the top floor of my triplex. She said sje could have Rod come out in a few hours that he would call me when he was on his way. He did about three hours later. He came in, was very nice, polite and was more than happy to explain everything he was doing to me (since I just aquired the building not too long ago and have no clue about anything that has to do with the boiler) and gave me prices on what to expect. Spent approximately 2 hours at the building running up and down the stairs trying to figure out why things weren't moving the way they should. Once the pilot was cleaned everything began working as it should. He was even able to quickly fix the thermostat in the 1st floor unit, which wasn't even part of the original call.

...Larrry (owner) came out soon after my call & gave me a quote, which I accepted. Soon after, I tt Vickie, the office manager, to set up the time.She was VERY pleasant to talk to. Very cheerful, and had a great way to answer the phone.She made a great impression with her attitude! Everything went very well from start to finish. Nice friendly repairman.

Was very prompt and worked quickly and got the heat working within an hour.  Cleaned up area and left everything clean.  Very reasonable and explained the problem.

He seemed to know what what he was doing. They did the work correctly. They were professional.

The service has been excellent. I have used them for twelve to fifteen years. They are very trustworthy and I do not have to supervise them when they are at my home. The prices are comparable to other service providers.

The service has been good. The young man did a good job. We purchased a furnace from them twenty five or thirty years ago.

I am very, very pleased with the responsiveness of this company. They installed the system we have now and stuck with us as we worked through some issues with the heat pump installation. <br /> We now have a service contract with them and they have been extremely good about keeping our heating and cooling system running. The workers who come to the house are alway polite and efficient. <br />Dos - I will check the ice accumulation over the heat pump more often, especially during the fluctuating temperatures. <br />

No hot water on a Sunday afternoon. Called Harding and we were back on line in less than 3 hours. Outstanding service

My wife and I are new to the area, and we were fortunate enough to find (Harding Heating and Cooling). Rod (the owner-operator) and his entire staff are absolutely wonderful! If you're looking for honest and professional HVAC solutions, you truly need to look no further. My wife and I would recommend this company to family, friends and neighbors!

I met with Larry on April 28th went over all the information about the new AC unit giving me different options . We decided on a unit called Lori made appointment to install unit and by the 8th of May our new unit was installed the installers did a great job everything cleaned up no mess left behind , Great Job !!!!

Very prompt and easy to work with.

I had my geothermal furnace replaced. I met with Harding and was assured I would get the new unit installed by 12/31/16 to realize the substantial tax credit. Although, the project was started in December, it was not completed until mid January. It took five visits, including a leak repair. It was clear the techs were not very familiar with the unit they installed; until they worked through the manufacturer. In any event, the unit is installed and is working fine.

Harding was competative in price, informative, low pressure, and very competent.

The installers were nice and professional, cleaned up after themselves every day. Job took longer than was first estimated but came out fine. Looking forward to enjoying the rest of summer.

they did not install a new system, but did some correction work on a 2 yr old system that another company had installed. So far, the problem seems to be corrected.

Installers were excellent. They worked through there lunch and dinner to get my job done!!!
